Busy and tiny coffee shop in downtown Joshua Tree. The line was to the door which means about 10 people. The shop smells delicious... coffee yum. It takes a while for them to make your order because this is NOT Starbucks. They also sell coffee beans and handcrafted chocolate. I ordered the brave which was delightful.

We were in the area for three days enjoying the Joshua Tree park, and we found this coffee shop on day two. We weren't even staying in the town of Joshua Tree, but it was worth the extra drive. Delicious coffee, absolutely top notch. I'm not an expert, so I can't really describe it, it was just rich, bold, not bitter, and yummy. (Another review says it tastes like Starbucks, BUT IT DOES NOT! So much better.)
Be prepared for a possible wait, because the place is very, very small and the line can quickly go out the door. There isn't a place indoors to sit (from what I could tell), so it's not great for staying during inclement weather. But there is a lot of outdoor seating, and it's a quaint courtyard area. They offer free wifi, which is great. The people (workers and fellow customers) were friendly and fun.
We bought two bags of espresso beans to take home and a bag of coffee pre-ground for use in a french press as a gift for my sister. Absolutely primo stuff.
Tip: The coffee shop is around the BACK, so on the front of the building you'll see a sign that says "YOGA" right next to the coffee company logo. Find the open gate that leads to the courtyard in between the buildings and go all the way back and around to the left to find the coffee shop door. Don't give up! It's so worth it!

Wonderful coffee and great service. Only criticism I have is that I had a hard time locating their door... no directional signs to show where to go, besides that everything was great.

Great coffee spot in Joshua Tree focused on roasting its own beans. Coffee was definitely quality. Wish we could have sat indoors and ordered pastries but looks like they’re just doing takeaway coffee sales outdoors.

I got an oat milk latte and a bag of whole beans to go. Their beans were oily (so low quality I couldn’t even put in my ceramic burr grinder at $18/bag) and unfortunately I didn’t think their espresso was any good (sorry). Probably bc of the low quality beans. 3 stars for having non dairy options.

No indoor seating, one outdoor table. Ask the staffs for restroom passcode. Cute packages of beans!

Came out to JT from Los Angeles for a working vacation and some hiking, and was lucky to have this just down the street from our Airbnb. Came every morning after jogging. Coffee is fantastic, service is friendly, place is also really cute with nice outside seating. The coffee is roasted on site and is super fresh, took a pound home and will be ordering more.when that is gone. Cool place and a definite must visit if you are passing through and enjoy great coffee.

Cute coffee spot with nice staff. They pride themselves on their quality organic beans. It's quite a comfortable and peaceful setting - they have a large outdoor patio where you can sit and savor. Highly recommended!

Delicious coffee, staff was a bunch of kind, laid back hipsters (in a good way!) The wait can be a bit long, but the coffee is hot and tasty when it comes out! Buying your beans here is cheaper than if you find their beans in gift shops. Cool merch too!

Ambiance is great. They roast the beans themselves. Better than Starbucks (for those who are artisanal coffee drinkers). I’d solidly compare to Blue Bottle, a 3.5 out of 5 (Starbucks is a 1). Places to sit, nice cool courtyard. I’d try the cold brew next time
