Always busy, so expect to wait. I love BLT's I would rate their, Baltimore (BLT with avocado) as #2, of the ones I have had.

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Joshua Tree. A long wait since there are few restaurants around - well worth it for the delicious foods and warm friendly service. We ate there twice during our short weekend stay and I only got the 1 picture but all 4 of our meals were outstanding.

Unbeatable breakfast. Homemade sausage patties make the meal. I went back for the Biscuits and Gravy, was not disappointed. Crossroads is just one step above the other spots in the surrounding area. You will find yourself coming back each morning of your trip

Got our breakfast sandwich to go from this cafe - service was friendly and food came out in 10 minutes. Price is on the slightly higher side but it’s definitely good taste. Wish there were some sauces (sriracha Mayo maybe?) added

It was great, we loved the food and that there were vegan and vegetarian options. The staff was very friendly.

Food was delicious, especially the vegetarian chili. There was a bit of a wait and service was on the slower side, but the prices were great!

Overall: This place has potential but falls short.
Atmosphere: After spending new years weekend in Joshua Tree, we came to Crossroads to have a meal on Sunday evening before driving back home. There is almost a cool diner vibe when you first walk in. We didn't have to wait long to be seated, party of 3. The decor was neat. The bathrooms were not great. There seemed to be a lot of hustle and bustle, like a brunch spot during peak hours but it wasn't *that* busy.
Food: We specifically chose this spot due to their veggie options. Our table ordered the impossible burger, soyrizo quesadilla, and vegan tacos. Longer than expected wait for food. Everything was good, nothing was great. The flavor just wasn't there. The breakfast menu looks to have more potential so maybe I'd give that a try in the future. My partner got the peanut butter swirl brownie for later - the baked good selection did look good and he enjoyed his brownie (no vegan options for baked goods).
Misc: If I recall correctly, no wifi. Street parking all around.

We waited an hour for a table to only get overlooked aswell as a family in front that was before us. Seemed like favoritism with a chatty kathy who cut us both.

Salty salt dishes. Massive bloating to follow.

Super bland food. Bad attitude from waitress (maybe Jackie was her name?). Forget all of our add-on items (i.e. avocado, tomato, etc but were charged $1/ea). Take a look at the huevos rancheros they put in the to-go box. Watery, soggy, runny with a brown sauce, and looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures of other reviewers. Would never recommend or eat here again.
