Nice little spot to eat at! All 4 of us ordered Mikes Mess and it was delicious! 10/10! Place can get super busy so be prepared to wait, but it’s worth the wait. Staff is really friendly.

Complete garbage! The food had no seasoning and the place is a dump from the inside. The kitchen and restrooms were dirty. The quesadilla had no cheese and the waitress tried to " fix it." Look at the picture below. I don't recommend it and don't believe what you read on Yelp.

The egg breakfast sandwich is hearty (very generous size!) and satisfying. Staff was so kind and rather quick, which we appreciated.

I got the french toast and it was good. I'd gladly eat here again but it's also nothing to hurry back for. The building is cool and the service is friendly and quick.

Great variety of food options (including vegan and vegetarian) and a cool aesthetic! This is the perfect place to start your morning after a night of camping and will fuel you up for a hiking adventure! Seating is somewhat limited but the wait time was low. Able to accommodate large parties as well

Food was okay. It tasted bland, but I was very happy to have vegan options. Surprised how cozy and "old" this place was. They even served beer! Coffee was also great.

Awesome pit stop after Joshua Tree! Our group was HANGRY after a long hike, and idk why but wasn’t expecting much from this spot. Maybe was thinking just for tourists at the park. But it was awesome!!! Everyone loved it and would definitely go back. Really nice staff too! Thanks for having us

At first I thought the prices were a bit much. And then I got handed my plate and it was such a large portion I had to take some of it home! For it being a little hole in the wall restaurant this place has AMAZING food. I’ll be taking all my friends and family here when they come to visit, I can’t imagine there’s a single thing on their very large menu that isn’t extremely delicious!

We love stopping at this place when going to joshua tree west entrance. The food is always delicious and the coffee wakes you up for the nice walks at the park. The French toast was really good. Mike's Mess is a must for breakfast !
