However, some customers have noted that it can be a bit odorous due to the presence of dogs, as some dog owners like to bring their pets inside the store despite the signage.
The staff at CUP is super friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer any questions and make recommendations. The coffee shop is a great place to hang out within the community and support a small business. However, parking can be a bit challenging and the prices are a little high.

Had their Cold Brew Latte, delicious, bold yet smooth. Even got a Pesto Croissant which was simply beloved by my tastebuds 🥺. Perfect spot, beautiful location, so tranquil.
10/10, can't wait to come back.

Only reason I have to give 2 stars is because I came with my own mug and the barista made my americano in a plastic cup to then pour it in my mug… the reason people bring their own mug is to avoid exactly that, to avoid the plastic waste.
It’s just frustrating and makes no sense.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The interior is nice, but its main selling point is on the exterior. The outside of the place is very beautiful and well planned. There is *plenty* of seating, though it is only outdoors---thankfully this is rarely a problem in this part of the country. Shade is plentiful as well. The barista and cashier stuck me as competent and knowledgeable about the coffee trade as a whole.
I only have two gripes: the slightly small menu and the hours.
In terms of flavored lattes they are a bit spartan for me. They do not have chai, which is a bummer since dirty chais are my favorite drink. For what its worth though, I enjoyed the Mocha that I did order. If (when) I return I'll likely stick with that. Also, they close at 2pm. As a student this is a bit limiting, but I suspect that won't matter *as much* for the people who actually live close to the shop.

Lucky to have a quality coffee shop right in our neighborhood! Staff is friendly and you’re able to place mobile orders for rushed weekdays, but we love to lounge or stroll around the shop on weekends. Definitely in our top 3 contenders for good coffee!

The Cup is an awesome local coffee shop in our Novel Park neighborhood. Staff and customer service is amazing - they are super friendly and welcoming! I really enjoy stopping by on my morning dog walks to grab a cup of cold brew. My puppy loves it too - they even have treats for her!

Very quaint place to get coffee and minor desserts. Lovely and private location away from other businesses. Also, they really love their chocolates! So many selections.

I visited The Cup, for the first time, on Sunday, July 25th, at 7:45am. The place is small, quaint, and welcoming. The staff, two ladies, were very friendly and polite. This place serves different types of coffee and has select pastries. Not your traditional donut shop, but the convenience out weighs that. The pastries were excellent. Great Park Neighbors definitely check this place out, it will become a morning routine, once you check out the ambience and how relaxing it is.

The Cup is one of the friendliest, most delicious, and awesome place at Great Park! My husband and I recently moved here with our pup, and we go on our daily runs, knowing that yummy coffee and treats await us at our halfway mark here! Moreover, the staff here immediately welcome you and you feel like family! Ella is THE BEST. Chan-Hee and Anika are amazing! Once you go Cup, you won’t miss Starbucks.
