Great vibe, lots of people, and just a cool place to hang out! Ordered Iced Peach Green Tea that was lovely. My heated ham and cheese croissant was fresh. Just all around a super nice place to hang out and relax. Bonus, it is across the side street from a great bookstore!

Great place to sit and enjoy your coffee. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Decor & marketing displays are eye candy.
My iced caramel/vanilla macchiato was absolutely delicious and one of my all time favorites.

Loved our time at this awesome coffee roaster and cafe! The coffee and apple cider was delicious, and you are immersed in the coffee roasting experience. Want to head back for their pastries!

Caroline’s roasts their beans right on site, giving the phrase “fresh roasted” true validity. The atmosphere is cozy and tables are mostly filled every time I come in. Great coffee and a sweet atmosphere.

Great coffee, friendly staff. I asked them to do a seasonal coffee that wasn't listed on there blended menu. They were happy to do it and it came out great! Definitely going to get coffee there every time I'm in town.

My favorite place for the best Dirty Chai there is! Caroline’s roasts their own beans …and they’re always welcoming with a lively warm atmosphere. It’s a must stop in Grass Valley You won’t be disappointed!!

They have great coffee, but they need to learn how customer service works. I stood in line behind 2 couples and waited my turn. No problems. When it was my turn I told the young lady I'd like to buy two, one pound bags of coffee beans. She said, OK." I walked over to the coffee beans and expected her to assist me, and waited for her to come over and help me. Instead she proceeded to help several customers behind me, and never came over. My wife came in and told me I needed to wait in line. I told her, I did wait in line and I told the clerk, I wanted a couple of bags of beans. The young lady looked at me and said, you need to get in line and tell me what you want. I told her I already did, she said yeah, but you need to tell me in line. So she wanted me to get back in line and wait again behind 8 customers to be helped. Now the stupid thing is she'd have to walk over where I was standing to get the coffee beans when it was my turn.
This was pure ignorance. As good as there coffee is, I won't be going there again! I just hate stupid.

I just did not like grass Valley. Most place we went into people did not seem to want travelers visiting. Good coffee strong. Not very organized and the food did not look great and it was not that clean.
