Gingerbread Mansion Inn

Excellent B&B inn. The room is so beautiful. Feel like you are in the Victorian period. The host is exceptional courtious and polite. She is alway smiling and listening to your next question. The breakfast is very tasty. Ferndale, California is a small sleepy town in northern california. There is a Casinos nearby, approximately about 15 minutes drive from the Gingerbread mansion. Plan your trip and come to see the Gingerbread masion.

Great ambiance and beautiful rooms in a lovely setting. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and hope to come back again

Oh Yeah. Great place and staff. Slept really good and had a great time. We walk from the Gingerbread Mansion to the fairgrounds to enjoy the Humboldt County fair and bet the horse races and then to the Ivanhoe for dinner. We have done this for years. Great Time!

Beautiful exterior. Apparently one of the few reasons to visit Ferndale. We were just passing by on our way to the cemetery... the other reason to be in Ferndale. We'll have to arrange to stop here later, preferably dressed to the nines in our Victorian outfits. I'm certain we'd fit right in. (Steampunk goggles optional)

We just had a lovely afternoon tea with scrumptious bites, sandwiches, and of course tea! So relaxing and exquisite. Look forward to having more get togethers at Gingerbread Mansion.

Yeah and where do I start I checked into the gingerbread mansion on my 30th birthday as a celebration we drove up here because you’re Rica is not a nice town the food now is because the foam guy Ferrari don’t really like ovary so I wanted to quit some things for my for a restaurant so I went to the graveyard which is convenient because it’s right next to the gingerbread mansion anyway I had to stay somewhere to rest my head at the gingerbread mansion had great reviews so I’m gonna head to the reviews from the gingerbread mansion this is my review. So let’s talk about the decor him you walk in first of all the gingerbread mansion is yellow and itAnd him when you get let in at let me talk about the decor send a tech of theirs it’s there a different rooms and what is your gold and then when you go oh and then there’s a dining room and then when you go upstairs you can look into the other room and did I mention that Ferndale is also called cream city at the land of butter add everything is kind of cream like and smells kind of like butter am room like our room looked like butter it was a butter colored room and it was very nice and had a really big bed with stairs but I had to climb up to the bed because I’m very short so that wasI always say to myself ABB ABC always bring butter always be coffee and I was happy for once I didn’t have to bring my own but I because everything was better in this town yeah there’s a there’s so much butter that you can basically butter both sides of your bread but sometimes you accidentally also dip it in oil so I just be careful about that but when I don’t have enough parents about it besides the bread I liked about it one side of the Bradford and then put olive oil on the other side so I get it I like butter on one side but then butter on the other side and then at the gingerbread mansion it was very nice but I heard some footsteps in the hallway and when I went to go take a look there was no one there and also Also above us they were footsteps on the roof so I think it might be haunted I can confirm that it is haunted there is a small child in a bathrobe night dad make them bathrobe wandering the halls in the middle of the night but also I’m not entirely sure if I saw that correctly but I think so I had to much better at dinner so it’s really hard to tell also we were staying on the second floor so that could’ve just been people in the room above us I don’t know who’s to say really what else include breakfast which was very well-balanced I think it was a well-balanced breakfast normally I have a buffet breakfast and a buffet breakfast is good sometimes if your hungry because you can eat a lotAnd make sure that you were 10 teatime because the afternoon tea is really good and there wasn’t any butter but there is cheese in the cheese was good and the tea was good and then there was also wine so after my daily nap I had a glass of wine and a cup of tea and some cheese which made me a little today but it’s OK had some cheese and some wine and some tea and some cake and then I went to have a drink down at the Ivanhoe saloon I wouldn’t recommend coming to Ferndale if you want to step back in time and also if you like butter or guy Ferrari am highly recommend him yeah what else the water pressure was good I had a good shower cause I was Real dirty I was real real dirty because I was covered in dust. Unrelated to the cemetery the dust was from somewhere else I think people in Ferndale a really nice I don’t know why that is maybe it’s the butter that they could people good clientele what would come back to the gingerbread in and also Ferndale for it for the the butter and the cemetery five stars

I loved my stay here, the service was great, the staff were so friendly, the building is fantastic. I also loved their home cooked food, a great place to stay in Ferndale.
