Kettle Coffee and Tea

Called in on Easter to check hours. They answered the phone quickly which I know is tough. Service in store was awesome. The physical location itself was perfect. Lots of seating, with areas that would be great to socialize in and also an area for studying.

Got an iced mocha, they used a syrup but it's higher quality (I think), not overly sweet, more of a cacao vibe to it than normal. I could be wrong but seems more milk chocolate and lighter/medium roasts, as opposed to some places with bold dark roasts with strong chocolate flavors.

Super kind staff! I ordered 30 gift cards and the barista was very patient scanning them for me. The coffee and pastries are great. It’s a acute little coffee shop I love sitting for a little while while I have my coffee, and I’ve even had a work meeting there before.

IMPORTANT: I believe their kitchen closes at 4pm.
Only been here once, but I was very impressed. My mother ordered their seasonal flavored latte, and it was served on a wooden platter with soda water and a mint. I ordered a hot mocha, and it was pretty good with cinnamon. It was a great experience and we're definitely going again:)
Edit: I come here very often now, changed the four star to a five! The staff is incredibly friendly and their acai bowls are definitel my favourite, especially when the granola is fresh out of the oven.. It's always a surprise to see what sort of toppings will be on it. (the granola is vegan, too, for those who share my previous concern)

The customer service was awful. The coffee had no flavor. Very nice place to work in though.

Friendly staff and cute shop, but lattes taste more like flavored milk than actual espresso. I like to taste the caffeine in my lattes so I ended up tossing this out. Would not likely go back.

Great coffee and atmosphere. Came in on a whim and there was an open-mic event; not a single artist disappointed! Open mic is on Fridays I believe, highly recommend it

Kettle Coffee is one of my favorite coffee shops. Their coffee is very good and not overly sweet. I like that they have season drinks that always fun to try. I also like their food / snack options.
It’s pretty spacious inside too so it’s a great place to stay and read or work.

Unfortunately the service was poor. Waited 15 minutes and our Lattes were so overly sweet we couldn't drink them. The coffee bar area was cluttered and dirty. The shop itself has so much potential. Very cute inside. Maybe we hit it on a bad day?

This place is great! Love the atmosphere and the music! Staff was helpful and super friendly. Looking forward to figuring out my "go to" drink when I'm here 💖☕
