Hope Cafe El Centro

The chairs outside are so uncomfortable for the backrest, they put little to none of nutella in a crepe, they waited until the order was done to tell me that there was no strawberries for my order and they decided to replace it with raspberries, and finally they did not put any creme cheese in the crepe.

Horrible food … I had an Italian sandwich which they added chipotle sauce to it with out asking me. It doesn’t come with it I asked. Also had the mazapán frap it was so watery no flavor whats so ever don’t waste your time or money here.. it was Nasty …!!!

The food and drinks are so good! But the call for pickup or online order is a joke. They won’t start making your order until you go and pick it up. What’s the point of ordering ahead then?

Food was mediocre for its price. Understaffed. Mistreatment and abuse of power within the work place. Employees receive unfair treatment

I was very disappointed with their service. We had to wait almost an hour standing outside for our order. We also had to ask more than once if the order was ready. I also noticed that we were not the only customers dissatisfied with the waiting times.

First time going to this place and I must say my mom and I loved it. We had the poblano crepe, sweet crepe and chilaquiles. And the Cafe .... ssheeeeeesssh

Great food (that wasn’t too expensive) and really great customer service. Deserves a higher rating than it has!

Food is so delicious, friendly staff, good service.

Horrible customer service. Waited for food for an estimate of over an hour and a half. Didn’t bring correct drinks or some of our order. Never got checked up on. Things won’t be perfect on an opening day but it was ridiculous over all to say the least.
