Historic Hiouchi Cafe

Outstanding value! I got the pancakes eggs and toast and it was more than I could eat. The little old waitress gal was running 7 tables no problem and she was doing it while being pleasant and polite. If you want some breakfast and are going through Hiouchi, this cute little diner is a must.

Great brunch on our way home from the coast. Excellent eggs Benedict with really good service. Definitely stop here on your way through!

A cold, wet, rainy Monday. All the reasons to feel discouraged and bleak. Yet when we entered, we were greeted with a smile and a warm atmosphere.
We ordered the corned beef hash (the best we've ever had), and the chicken fried steak (like you read about in stories). The coffee was hot, and the service was personable. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Hidden gem basically inside of Redwood National Park! Great food and even better service. They even went above and beyond to make a loaded vegetarian breakfast burrito even though the menu was more on the meaty side.

Food was great. We ate outside and everything was perfect...except....no mask were being warn by anyone.

Food was awesome, surroundings are tranquil, service was friendly. What else could you want? The road to get there is curvy as hell but worth it.

Fantastic breakfast, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Portion sizes are HUGE so bring your appetite!
