Colusa Casino Resort

Rooms are rather basic but nice and still rather new.

We went to Jack's for dinner one night. My daughter's, myself, and my son needed to go to the bathroom. My son is at the age where he should not be going into the girl's bathroom anymore and he is old enough to go on his own to the boys. I let him know to wait right near the door to the girl's bathroom for us when he was finished. I didn't take very long in the bathroom and when I walked out there were 2 security guards near the door looking at my son. When they seen me approach they told me I could not leave kids unattended in the Casino. I let the know we were all going to the bathroom and my son went into the boys and was waiting for us. The male security guard proceeded to tell me I could not leave my kids unattended. I told him my son was too old to use the girls bathroom, he rolled his eyes told me "whatever" then walked away. He was so petty its pathetic..reminded me why we never go spend money there to begin with. I definitely won't be returning.

Wish it was located closer to me, but the travel is worth it at times. People greet/open door for you are always kind and welcoming. It's always clean..especially the bathrooms which is a relief compared to the other casinos. The employees at the cage are always kind And helpful. Great place to be.

Besides having the best Host (Alex Tinoco) I love Colusa Casino. I love the amazing customer service and the professionalism from all the staff. Please, please continue what your doing and people will continue going to Colusa Casino.

But my utmost favorite is my host Alex at Colusa Casino.. I have a plethora of host's for example at Boomtown Casino, Thunder Valley, Red Hawk, Reno Nevada Casinos, Northern California Harrah's in Ione, WinnStar in Oklahoma, las Vegas Casinos. Even though there have been times that I haven't qualified for a free gift I'm ok with it because I get treated like family when I'm there.

Fun clean environment with friendly helpful employees and fun games to play. I didn't win much at all but still had a good time.

It is a great place to play slot machines and, as a family, enjoy Jack's Place for Carnitas Nachos with an Apple Pie Milkshake.

Asked an employee where’s ATM machine answered me with an ugly unhappy face.Stopped by on my way to
Oregon. Horrible customer service. Just spent $$$$ and walked to my car right by security guard didn’t even knowledge me or said good night. Unhappy employees. NEVER COMING BACK. Don’t come you won’t feel welcome. !!!

Well kept casino, smoking is allowed!!:) Cigarettes a bit spendy but with a $25 free play promo for new players club members it's not a major issue. Well kept bar/restaurant as well, no comment on the prices there as I didn't order anything. Slots I would give 3 stars because they would hit but it cost a lot to get there. Excellent parking and very professional staff.

$25 dollars when u sign up at players club. Seems like Thursday is the most busy day. Which compared to other casinos is not that busy. They have a lot of the newer slots, which are a bit more expensive per bet. Workers are good, security less annoying than all the other casinos. One bar with restaurant inside it. Not sure if there are any others. I know of only one. They have great parking, cheaper gas behind the casino, small gift shop right by the entrance, a hotel I've never stayed at and tables I've never played at. Nice friendly place with nickel keno. 😃 I like it and think others would as well.
