Colusa Casino Resort

Arrived early in the morning and was able to win a couple of jackpots and a couple multi jackpots. And then I had a wonderful breakfast the restaurant Jack's.
I had a great time.

Didn't have any luck here. But you can't always win, so that's expected. Did see someone hit for $10000 so it does happen. Although the casino was smaller than others, it didn't smell like cigarette smoke like the others do.

The best and cleanest casino I have been to in California. Did not smell like old nasty cigarettes, and the stuff was super friendly . Will definitely be going back.

Very quickly lost all my money cigarette prices are outrageous what happened to things being cheaper on the reservation

Went to Colusa to play Bingo and was extremely disappointed by the level of service!
We purchased a pre-sale buy-in to play for the NYE Marathon, and let me say it was such a train wreck! No seats available,Tables are stacked everywhere, and I'm sure this is in complete violation of the fire code!!
To have to wait in a line for over three hours after pre-paid was just outrageous! We were treated like nothing, and if our payment did not count! WHY PRE-PAY AND YOU ALLOW EVERYONE TO WALK IN AND PURCHASE A BUY-IN AND NOT HAVE TO WAIT!!!!!!
I understand things can get kaotic a d adversity happens .However, someone in charge should have stepped in. The bingo hall was overfilled, and no matter that, they continued to allow other customers to come in and buy all while we waited for what was pre-purchased!

My next issue is if you offer a meal with the purchase, then that is what we should get! To be served an overcooked steak with French Fries and Corn and Lima beans should be beneath standard considering you have a five-year Star Steak House! I mean, it looked like SLOP!!!!!! AND THAT IS A UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!

Lastly, we did not receive our free dessert either!

Someone needs to be held accountable!!! Please do better and learn from this mess!

They have very clean rooms. The bath tubs are always super white. Cozy rooms. The new restaurant they just opened is amazing

Just starting to visit the place. So far kool places to visit, we're heading their way again. Just gotta have some fun, way to enjoy myself!!!

This place smells so good I like winning here games are good and fun foods good people are cool it's really clean room rates are great

There bar is so so.. don't expect to get drunk they watch ur intake.

Beautiful place. Are at Jack's Place. Very good food. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of slots. They even have actual penny slots that the minimum is a penny. I love that. If the security wasn't so rude to my husband out in the parking lot where he was sitting in our car getting some fresh air an on his phone waiting for me I would of given 5 stars.
