La Comida

Bro, idk how this place is so popular. My visit tonight: go in, bunch of kids standing around talking behind counter. No greeting or anything, place my order, pick it up n drove home (maybe 3 minutes away). Food has solidified grease all up in it. Colder than room temp, the items themselves might've been alright fresh but it definitely wasn't. Hate to hate on a local business but this was disgusting man. Bummer

Basic home level Mexican. Always good, love the Chili Verde- lots of meat and tasty! Great people, fun atmosphere.

Friendly service with fast food style ordering system. Great chips and salsa! Good food and quick-service. Relaxed atmosphere, high chairs and clean restrooms. :-)

We always enjoy La Comida's food every time we are in Chico. It's one of our favorite restaurants!

I've have been going to La'Comida for 30yrs mostly the Paradise location but occasionally this one. I recently visited the area after moving away and ultimately craving La'Comida it was delicious. I've been eating at La Comida since I was a child,(which is a REALLY long time!!). I loved it then, I love it now. 😀 I've introduced many friends and family members to La Comida who then have become just as addicted to their food and their chips and salsa as I am. We moved away for several years, however, every visit we had to at least get a bucket of chips and a gallon of salsa to take home with us, usually we had to have dinner there as well. Love, love, love them!!!

La Comida is our go to place for a fast mexican meal. Have been going since I was a child and have many fond memories. Love the complimentary chips and salsa.

Our family of 5 love this place! Affordable food, and the kids always eat it!
