My tier list goes Philz> Peet's>>>>>>>>Sbux. I didn't really expect much when I came here, just got a standard latte. It was pretty good, the espresso tasted wonderful and I got a cool little leaf design.

The new Pruneyard businesses look great, especially this Peet's. A bit on the smaller side if you plan on hanging out indoors, however there is a TON of seating outside and around the plaza. Friendly staff, too!

App did not work. Mgr, Ryan was not friendly and was not helpful. I asked for customer service number and I've been on hold for over 30 minutes. I did not order since I could NOT access my funds. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this location. Poor Customer service e

The coffee maker was un-friendly, rude and had a very bad attitude. He was argumentive when asked for a splash of whipped cream on my coffee. He argued against servicing it instead of being nice and treating the customer as one.

They are consistent. I know how much time im going to spend there for what i order. Since they started allowing people to enter the store i've stopped going to barefoot coffee.

Went here because Philz was super packed. Hubby & I were dying for coffee on this rainy cold day. Of course Peets was packed too & I can never decide what I want. My husband asked about the Havana Cappuccino. Well the description sounded delicious, so we both got one. Omg the flavor was out of this world. It had some warm sweet cream in it, with cinnamon on top. I fell in love right away 😍. Can you ever forgive us Peets ??? I'm so happy Philz was too crowded. Oh plus the guys were super nice.

Great staff, great coffee, great workspace, great hang space, beautiful location. The air is a little dry, but that might be necessary for keeping the coffee beans fresh?
