Peet's Coffee

Good coffee shop. I usually take tea here. Cannot say anything about coffee or pastry they sell, but tea is good.

The cashier was polite, but the barista was kind of rude. Maybe he was having a bad day. I know I had requested extra caramel and politely asked if he could add it to which his reply was, “I could ADD more if that is what you want!?” But there was literally no caramel to begin with. I usually am soft spoken and rarely complain about anything. I didn’t like the vibe he was letting off that is for sure.

The Havana Cappuccino with oat milk is simply amazing 😋

My friend and I we come here every week. The staff are nice and friendly. They make really good coffee I mean excellent coffee. I don't like sweet coffee and this place is just amazing. Peet's got high quality strong coffee, way better than Starbucks ( sorry Starbucks) I would totally recommend it. They got place to sit down in door and outdoor. They also have bathrooms inside.

This is one of my favorite coffee spots in the area. When looking for consistent tasting drinks without excessive sweetness, this is the place to go. All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful all the time, and I see the same faces regularly. The space is kept clean and visitors seem to respect it well enough. Seating inside can be a little cramped in the corners, but otherwise it makes for good study space. The outdoor seating is really nice too.

Absolutely the best coffee. Service employees need customer service training, though.

I love the location, perfect to just unwind, and they are Covid cautious. I come here almost everyday for their lattes, and they have friendly staffs most especially their Mngr. Ryan, he is very accommodating and friendly, he is the best! Perts is absolutely my favorite coffee shop!

Always super nice. The parking can be difficult for a quick visit but that's the life of the pruneyard. Great location and beautiful lobby area. LOTS of seating inside and out. The drinks are always made to my liking versus what's easy for the employee i.e., they care about each order and putting thought into every drink. Thank you team!

We were walking into the store at the Pruneyard Simon a employee locked the door as I was trying to open it?? This is what becomes of people when they don't have to care about the people they serve. Really poor display of character and judgment good luck you have just lossed 6 cups a week (at least)
