This was supposed to be a chocolate croissant. Didn't eat it till I got back to my hotel room then realized it was not what I ordered and was doughy and undercooked. Had coffee too which was good.

Beautiful place with fresh pastries, free cooking classes and more..the bad thing is the big line to pay..

Wonderful coffee and food. Very friendly servers and a beautiful setting and atmosphere. Best place for brunch in Big Bear!

Coffee was the worst I've ever had. I ordered an iced coffee and it looked like a light tea. My wife ordered a flat white and it had a flavor reminiscent of beef stew. That sounds like a joke. I wish it was... We threw both of them away.
Customer service was very friendly though.

Nice little place, conveniently located in the Village. Stopped in on Halloween after they started to slow down for the night. Customer service from the girl behind the counter could have been a bit better, but she wasn't rude or anything like that. Got a white chocolate mocha and it was pretty tasty, not too far off of what I'd expect from a place like Starbucks. They had a pretty wide variety of things on their menu for a little place like this, and I'll be interested to come back next time I'm in the area and try some of their other items.

I visited this cafe for the first time 3 weeks ago and I'm specifically coming back to write this review because I know the shop deserves it. Despite the coffee being A+ and their oat milk being as delicious as possible, the thing I remember the most is the energy of one of their baristas. Kat not only made me feel like a regular, but she went the extra steps to make sure I got the perfect drink for *me*. The energy she shared with me was more than worth stopping in the shop for a morning coffee while we walked around the street. I've had a lot of good coffee in my life, but it's not everyday you get such a pleasant experience while just getting coffee. On top of all of that, there is so much more on the inside of this cafe that you'll just have to go check out for yourself; in my opinion, it's very worth stopping in!

My favorite place to go when I am in Big Bear! The food is great and the hot cider is amazing!!!!

Fast and friendly service with good food and yummy drinks. First time going here and got The Kimmie (salted caramel and lavender mocha); not a combination I would expect but it was delicious. Store front and inside are absolutely adorable, and I noticed a lot of vegan options too. If I lived in Big Bear, I would probably get breakfast and coffee here every morning.

Visited on two occasions during a vacation in Big Bear. They make really good iced black tea. I was bothered that we bought a bottled soda and asked for a glass of ice to pour it over, they refused. We offered to pay extra and they said that there was not an option in their point of sale system to sell a cup of ice and ice does not come with a bottled drink. Very odd. The bathrooms really needed to be cleaned. It was the end of the day, and I have a feeling the bathrooms are used as public bathrooms and not just for customers. Good tea, the customer service is a little off.

Tasty coffee drinks and delicious breakfast foods. What more can you ask for in the morning? We had the quiche and bagel to eat. Definitely tasted the freshness of the bagel and the quiche was quite tasty. We had the fall coffee drinks which both hot the spot. Definitely get the pumpkin whipped cream while you can!
