I only had a tea but so good. My friends had coffees and no complaints across the board. I worked from here for a few hours and it was wonderful. Not to loud and great people watching counters to work from

Food was good, but the attitude of the people who work there ruined our good first impression. We regretted ordering there. We were asked if we wanted to stay or order to go. We said "to stay". But when we got our order, all noticed that there was nowhere to sit to eat. 3 tables outside were occupied and all tables inside had "reserved" signs. We asked if we could sit somewhere and they told us that there are benches outside on the street. When I asked if we could quickly use a "reserved" table, the woman behind the counter had a fit and rolled her eyes. We ate there standing next to one of there shopping stands. The mood was ruined.

Great attitude from the one barista closing it down! I didn’t notice the menu mentions that monin syrups are vegan, but he brought them over so I can look at the ingredients anyway! Speaking of, lots of vegan pastry options unfortunately almost all were sold out but it was Friday night so not surprised. Many syrup options! Not overpriced. As a former barista who closed alone through busy rushes I would suggest taking a few orders just to get through the line a bit, make the drinks hand ‘em out and repeat, rather than taking and making one drink at a time. Wish their card reader device had an option to add tip. For sweet tooth people - s’mores hot chocolate with hazelnut was delicious!

That was good, ordered two slices of quiches one for myself and one for my wife, clearly they were baked at least a day or two days earlier. They were tasty but very dry. Service was extremely slow so OK to go mid week when you’re on vacation

After waiting in a long line to order, we reached an employee who took forever to get our order. “Can we have a small latte? (He tilts head and narrows eyes) No you can’t.” It turns out he was joking, but after the fourth time of the same joke it was just an irritating waste of our time. Then the long line to pick up our order: about 10-15 minutes. Finally, the awaited drinks! But alas, they were quite bad. The Americano was just over-extracted and bitter. The latte was watery. Bottom line: Don’t waste your time and money, avoid!

Everything here is delicious! They have sweets, sandwiches and even cooking classes you can attend. Check out the website for the full menu and events. They regularly take part in the two Big Bear Wine Walks each year. The Granola bars are what got me hooked on this place. I keep coming back for more everytime I'm up here.

Used to come to this place all the time, but this recent experience was horrible. The coffee was horrible and watered down tasted like it was a day old. The lady behind the counter just toasted our pastry order on the counter at us. It was just a very bad experience. We definitely won’t be coming here ever again. Plenty of other great places in the Village than this one.

My wife and I stopped in to The Copper Q to enjoy some of there wonderful Almond Cake and tasty hot chocolate. The selection was a bit limited only because it was after dinner and the majority of there other cakes and pies were already gone. Overall, great experience at this bakery and we enjoyed all the variety cook books. Highly recommended.

They have all these little cute stuff and a huge open kitchen space where I suppose they do cooking lessons. Their latte was sooo good, strong and fresh taste of espresso! The baristas were friendly as well.
Their berry pie was truly a homemade style and not too sweet 👅 (*hint to the people who work there: it had a hint of fridge-like smell).
All in all, we enjoyed the homey, welcoming, cozy vibe and delicious coffee and we went there again for the second round of coffee!

Coffee was perfectly delicious! Orange Pumpkin Loaf was delicious. Apple Cake was mediocre. Cashier was too busy talking to the barista to pay attention to my order. Cute shop inside. Nice patio outside. I would come back for the coffee and to check out the other pastries.
