Artís Coffee

I love this cafe. It’s a great space, with really friendly staff and good drinks. Unfortunately I’ve had to stop going here since they raised their prices this month. My regular 16oz matcha latte that used to cost $4.50 is now $7. I simply can’t justify that cost, so I’ve had to start looking for other cafes to spend my time. I understand inflation is bad, and I support raising their prices if it would benefit their workers, but that’s a serious price jump from what it once was. I’m really hoping management reconsiders these new prices and puts them at a more reasonable rate. Until then, I unfortunately won’t be back.

Staff not friendly
*I asked an extra hot coffee, they didn’t do it “extra hot”. I asked them if they can heat it up and their reaction was very rude.
At the end I just left the coffee over their table and left.
They treat much better at Peet’s

I've had some pretty outstanding espresso here. There's a couple other local spots I really like (States and My Coffee) but I think Artise has the best espresso. The others do great cappuccinos.

Perfectly situated on the west side of Berkeley. I really enjoy the natural light coming in, seating outside, and of course their honey lavender coffee.

The coffe and customer service was fantastic, loved the new pastries and the location was wonderful a great place to relax or get some work done!

Great place for coffee, especially like how they serve coffee in the ceramic mug. A lot of seats, both inside and outside.

Be prepared for extremely rude/condescending service if you visit this coffee shop.
I’m gonna stick with larger coffee shops.
They atleast have standards for customer service.

Love this cafe. Spacious, comfortable for work, as well as meeting someone. Good drinks selection. I had the best almond croissant here.
