Tony's Firehouse Grill and Pizza

So, I called to make a reservation for a pizza party. When I spoke to someone, they said it was at least a 2 day turn around on conformation and they would call me back. I said OK and gave all my information and waited the 2 days.
I called today and the person on the phone said they don't accept parties that size. I said you guys took all my information about the reservation 2 days ago, then said someone would call me back (which they didn't) and now saying that the reservation is denied due to size of party? I said I've attended about the same size parties that I requested at this location a few times and seen sports teams with families dine there, but I'm getting denied due to large party?
Honestly, this is the last straw. I have had bad service, experience and lack of accommodations for the last time. This place is overrated which sucks because we need more establishments on the East Side of Bakersfield!

Great place to bring the family, enjoy night out with fiends or jsut grab a quick bite to eat. What an amazing restaurant with amazing staff! Definitely worth giving them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Delicious food everything time very consistent

A little slow on the bar, but it had an excellent selection of harder-to-find liquors, seating for large groups, choice of dining rooms, and menu items served with baskets, paper plates, disposable ramekins and such. Good informal dining. Pizza stick appetizers are great!

Excellent food and Allie was a top notch waitress! Will be back!

I am on a low carb diet and was going here for a family gathering, I was so worried that there would be nothing I could eat. It is so much more than pizza! I had a delicious steak with fresh veggies. We were with someone hard of hearing so we were grateful for the smaller room that was quieter.

having seperate restaurants at the same location made for an AWFUL customer experience. I sat on one side, was told I couldn't order a certain item & also wouldn't be allowed to order separately and bring to my table .. after having placed our drinks and food order at one table I was told we would need to move EVERYTHING to the other side after moving I couldn't find a waitress, also no one could let me know if our food needed to be reordered . 30 + minutes after arriving before we finally have REplaced our order & food was being made . I shared my frustration, with very little care from the staff. very disappointed with this experience, I wouldn't recommend.

Place smells like a mop. Needs better management and seating.

Mother's day, buffet 35$ got in line and we got bacon but there was no potatoes so we waited while our bacon got cold, we got some other stuff, the corn tortillas were hard, then we went to sit down and we had to wait again for a server for our utensils and drinks. By that time our food was cold.A business like that should be more prepared for holidays like that, we will never go back and tell everyone of our horrible experience.

Food and service is very good but it’s upsetting that every time I order a side for my pizza they give you a very small amount for what you pay for. That’s a rip off.
