The Coffee Bean Tea & Leaf

Have gone back to back days to try new things and both days have been pleased. Yes it does take a little longer than they will in the future but they literally just opened a few days ago. They’re still learning I’m sure but even then you can tell they were actually trying! Always chaos when a location first opens.

Update/Revision: Location is still disappointing but believe it stems from the new corporate model for the franchise. Manager is very helpful and friendly and crew is improving but still polarized in positive and negative vibes. Pastries are terrible. Ask For Light Ice! (Or even no ice or on the side, the amount of coffee you get in a large is equivalent to a small when you get ice)

Area to sit down was clean presentable small space can only sit a few unlike other coffee shops. I ordered an iced Matcha tasted sweet no hint of matcha in sight wasn’t during rush. Asked a few questions about syrups but the cashier didn’t quite understand what I was asking so I just decided to drop the question. Bagels were delicious cream cheese spread was enough for half. Would go back for a bagel not for my go-to matcha.

Ive been a CBTL customer for years now but I'm embarrassed for this store. Staff and customers are completely lost. People don't know what to order and staff don't know the menu. The lines are always long and time consuming. Please get it together Bako, you have a better tea selection than Starbucks! I'll change it to 5 starts once I see an improvement.

Btw, I recommend the green tea matcha, blended, with extra matcha and jalapeño/cheese croissant (warm).

Best Coffee and It's the Original Ice Blended. Had the Cookies and Cream Ice Blended and the Dark Chocolate Ice Blended and the Cinnamon Rolls. If you never had Coffee Bean and tea leaf it is a must.

For a grand opening in my hometown they sure did went all out! Finally my favorite coffee place came to town! Drinks we got for the family were delicious!

My bestie Jackie was so nice!!!! She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed! I loved my sandwich and my drink and will definitely be coming here again!🥹😍

Iced salted toffee latte was soo good! 10/10, it was perfect, not too milky and not overpowered by flavoring! Will definitely be back
