Best customer service from Ashley! Bomb af. Blue haired girl came in clutch. Friends and I were traveling, we were about a minute from the drive way closing (11pm). I called the store telling her my situation, she asked what I wanted and she would hold the doughnuts till I got there. We arrived at about 11:02 pm and sure enough she had the dozen glazed doughnuts saved for us. Beautiful and very generous young lady! Give her a raise or a promotion!

Convenient because of drive thru but not great. Quality has not been the best despite the fresh blinking sign.

I love this place who wouldn't but once in awhile is good for me the service is great the people also of course.

Todays experience was a solid 5 out of 10 in other words an F. Showing up to a donut store where they don't have any warm / hot donuts is totally 100% a waste of geography and real estate. They also have no heating cooking devices to re-heat and/or warm up cold donuts. This is unacceptable and this should not and will not be tolerated. Outside of the cold donuts the location has the stones to charge $6 dollars for 16 ounces of milk this would be considered highway robbery and extortion. Pricing like this is expected at Disneyland and nowhere else. Please stay clear of KK's its the worst.

Krispy Kreme Original Glazed...like eating a glaze covered cloud. I love the Fresh/Hot sign and getting those delicious donuts fresh out of the "factory!" There's a drive-thru, but if you travel inside the facility you can actually watch as the donuts are being made. I have a fantasy of sticking my face under the glazing station! I love, love, love Krispy Kreme. Their facilities are always clean, their product is superior, and I'm eternally grateful that there's one in my city! Enjoy!

We experienced horrible customer service ..Not only to us but witnessed it aswell to the people in front of us …Avoid this LOCATION ..

Love Krispy Kreme! This is the only one in Bakersfield and I'm glad that there is at least one here because the donuts are legendary.

Never can go wrong with 2 do,en of America's finest doughnuts. Customer service can be a bit improved but service was fairly expedient nonetheless. Try the pumpkin cheesecake 😋

Always great donuts very hard to make a selection all look so tasty

Someone have me a Krispy kreme doughnuts once before and it was good. This is the first time I went here and the doughnuts were awful. They were super dry and hard. Imagine the texture of a doughnut after you take it out of the fridge, it was like that at room temperature. I bought 3 different doughnuts and they were all the same. I won't be going back.
