We got free donuts for every A on our school report card! Student must be present.

I do NOT suggest people eat here, I went there this morning and got a free dozen for birthday month... there was a CHEMICAL taste that left us sick... i have never experienced such bad taste in my life nothing will get this taste out of my mouth I feel sick... I called and the only thing they claimed was the donuts were fresh, which clearly they werent.... I'm disappointed and grossed out all in one please save your taste buds and go somewhere else that won't leave a chemical taste .

9410 Rosedale Highway / transaction 12-22-23 @ 12:16pm went through the drive through to order. The lady (Shante) we dealt with was extremely rude and pushy. Wouldn't give a reasonable amount of time for use to complete our order kept being pushy even though we kept saying to give us a minute.
Also large selections were not in stock of common style donuts. That's always an issue when coming here.

The service and quality are very good, the variety and flavor are unique.

It was my first time going to a Krispy Kreme and let me just say I see why everyone loves and talks about them. The service was EXTREMELY PERFECT I mean they deserve a RAISE

Love Krispy creme. Visiting from Minnesota had to try Was on my wife's bucket list. This place is so clean and sanitary. I walked in and I felt like I was back in Minnesota. Our cashier Ashley is awesome. If you're reading this you are exceptional and we appreciated our conversation with you. Ashley went above and beyond and detailed every donut out of out dozen we bought. Even compared the Reese's Bismark to the candy and noted the differences. I was in awe she was so polite gave us the history of Krispy Kreme and even noted that they use to be in Bakersfield. I knew that because I went to school here. Awesome place to go wished we had one in Minnesota. Oh and they make donuts fresh, they have all the equipment there to do it. Plus they have a drive thru

I love Krispy Kreme but this location is THE WORST.
I placed an online order at 9 am to be picked up at 11:15 am. I showed up and thought they were working on my order because it was the thanksgiving mini pies that i also ordered. The girl at counter asked me what I was looking for and I told her my name for the pick up order. She went and grabbed my receipt and started talking with her coworker and then tells me they aren’t able to fulfill my order… even though there was a box they just finished preparing for another customer who wasn’t even there yet??? So I asked her why was another persons order more important than mine? And she just said I can create a different box or get a refund. I looked at the selection they had left and they hardly had anything so I asked for a refund. She just stood there looking at me. So I told her again I would like a refund. She went to the back and came back stating her supervisor wasn’t available bc they were in Fresno at the moment, but would get my order refunded when she came in later that day.
I never received a refund.
Why keep allowing people to order stuff before you fulfill the orders of customers who have already paid?
And once THEY mess up your order, they don’t even have the decency to do the bare minimum of refunding you for something you never received.

Krispy Kreme donuts pretty darn good I bought these down in Bakersfield when I was visiting my son the donut shop I normally go to was sold out of raised chocolate and raised sprinkles for my granddaughters not knowing what to do I got in the car and not knowing Bakersfield very well I went around the corner in low and behold there's a Krispy Kreme and I forgot how great they taste especially when the red lights on there's nothing like a fresh warm donut

WORST EXPERIENCE AND THE MOST UNACCOMIDATING MANAGER I've ever met! And I was a manager of Marie Callendars for 7 yrs, so I know what a manager is capable of doing so the customer leaves happy. But the manager on duty told me, Sorry but all of our systems at ALL of our stores are not able to redeem KK GIFT CARDS since the day AFTER THANKSGIVING! And there's NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT, I can't just give u the doughnuts for free." I was at a loss for words . So I told her well thnx for nothing and thanx for wasting my gas to come here to get some doughnuts for my kids with the Xmas gift they got for me! N now I'm gonna go home upset AND WITHOUT DOUGHNUTS?! I drove off stopped in the parking lot and immediately called their corporate office. I got sent to a lady that said she will relay my message to the " higher ups" and they will b contacting me within 24 hrs.. it's been 4 days and still NO CALL FROM THE "HIGHER UPS". SO DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM KRISPY KREME THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO HONOR THEM SINCE THE DAY AFTER TURKEY DAY! THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THE GIFT CARD, BUT REFUSE TO " GIVE U ANYTHING FOR FREE" once they tell u they don't honor THEIR OWN GIFT CARDS, when u try to purchase ur order. Total disappointment
