Didnt go to Krispy Kreme...kohl's was the place, lots of sales.

Had a pleasant experience. The employees were very friendly and more than willing to make my order fresh out of the oven. The donuts were delish! 😋🍩💕

If you order online pickup dont expect to get all the stuff you order because they don't make it until you get there. There excuse is they receive the order from corporate 15 minutes before the order pickup time. I got there 30 min. Late and they still didn't have it ready. I ordered 5 hours ahead of time which should have meant all the ones I ordered were there if they didn't they should say there are not available like other food businesses.

The girl told me my card was declined so I used my credit card. I check my bank notice they charge me for my coffee and dozen donuts on both cards . And top it off it was Day I was celebrating my birthday. What a scam the employees are doing at this store. Thanks for stealing for me.

I'm purely writing this in the hope that the owner might read (for his/her benefit, not for mine). If you're a customer, I'd move on.

After having visited the store twice, I was quite happy. On my third visit (around 4:00 pm), when I came in, I happened to be the only customer inside the store. After standing in the front waiting for ~4 minutes without a greeting or acknowledgement, I left empty-handed. If the store had been busy, or I had somehow not been noticed, I would not at all have a problem with this. However, in the time I was there, an employee who appeared to be working the counter retreated to the back as I stepped up to the counter (I think he had a headset on - presumably he was working on something for a drive-thru order), I watched/listened to two employees have a lengthy conversation about how their generation was different than all the other generations (they didn't seem particularly busy - one of them moved some equipment about 3 feet in the time I was there), and saw two manager-ish employees walking from place to place (they looked as though they were busy with something, and it did not surprise me that they did not notice me). Eye contact was made with at least 2 of these employees, but none were able/willing to spare a second to help, or to at least say 'we'll be right with you,' if they weren't able to work the counter.

I don't at all mind waiting for service when it's reasonable to do so. But after 4-5 minutes alone at the counter, without a word or acknowledgement, it was clear that my business was not a priority. I'm not bitter, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point, but were I the owner, I would want to know that this was the case. And if this was my experience, I'm sure others have had similar.

Love the drive-thru, but there seems to be an amazing amount of managers who don't know much about managing, because either they're out of donuts or they're throwing away hundreds of them. It's pretty much a coin flip whether they'll have my favorites on hand.

Very friendly and considerate staff that makes your evening after a long day. Highly recommend as a go-to donut place for the excellent quality of service and excellent quality of donuts. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Always a good stop to get good donuts and different drinks they offer

The valentines doughnuts were so unprofessionally shaped and decorated, NOT at all what they advertised!!! Uneven sizes, done hardly looked like hearts, and the frosting was running all over, such a messy product, very unprofessional. Feels like false advertising because las year were just like the pictures, very well done. Thus year they just didn’t seem to care.

I hardly ever go here but today I picked my daughter up from work near here and went...well bad choice 2 of the donuts I got were hard!!! When you pay 1.99 each you don't expect a hard donut..won't be going back...
