They say they open at 11 am but I was there after 11 am they weren’t open and I can see them sitting in the back and looking at me . I called them twice and there was no answer

Manager bullying my friend as he tried to apply there claiming he had false information and even taking jabs at their weight. If thats how the hiring manager views their workers than how do they judge their customers?

Restaurant is dirty and doesn’t look like it’s been clean in a while.

The wait times are excruciatingly slow, you try to call in a large order KNOWING they are slow workers and they say Sorry, we cant take orders, you cant even pay in advance, I needed 13 cups which would literally take them forever like 45 minutes to make and they were ALL THE SAME, they refused unfortunately wait time on panel eyes closed or I would have gone there instead I know where my company will go in the future

Vanilla Coffee frap with Boba is amazing. Add an shot of expresso for more coffee. Their strawberry, strawberry banana, & peach mango smoothie are good too! Also the flavored topping balls are yummy 😋 They have an app which you can order ahead on & also collect points with in store purchases 😃
