Best place ever you guys should try the "fruit shaved ice it is the best and so bom when u reach the bottom if you ad strawberry drizzle

Awesome place, soo many drink options. it's like Starbucks, Jamba Juice, snow biz & Dewars all in one place! Fresh fruit in a snow cone, it's great.

The services is very slow! Only one cash register for a line of 30 or more people. It takes to long to order and it’s runner by mostly teenagers which have the worst customer service and keep horsing around while you are waiting to be served to leave. There not prepared for this multi task job and keep making mistakes. I just which I knew who’s the owner or where to contact so that I can let them know that the business is runner Awful!

They got few good crews but the lady manager so mean she can only smile to her "friends" we are also a customer....FYI if you guys are working in a food chain no matter how bad your day is or tired you are manage to give your customers a good customer service....
Everytime I go to this place I always give tip but starting from today it will depend on how you guys treat me as a customer....👎👎👎

Great place to get a drink if you want a break from Starbucks, but honestly the only thing that makes it unique is the boba. Also I personally am tired of eating the boba and will no longer be going to a boba place anymore because the lines are long and full of T-H-O-T-S just wanting to flex a pic of them with balls in their mouth

So many delicious Boba Drinks and Smoothies to choose from!! 😆

I ordered a tea and after tasting it I did not like it I then asked for a refund amd they refused to give me one saying "then why did you buy it?"
Wow...never going back

Gone in multiple times and ordered 1 drink and took more than 30 minutes every time. Have yet been able to get out in less than 30 minutes
