It's Bobatime Valley Plaza Mall

It wasn't to long of a wait to order and we got our drinks within a minute of ordering. There was also was a lot more selections then just boba tea, such as coffee, smoothies, shaved ice, ect.

Fast, efficient, and great products. By far, the best place I have tried for Boba drinks.

The line is so long they take forever on something that shouldnt take long i had to wait 50 minutes for one drink and i saw two people in the back just talking leaned against the counter and the line never moved for 30 minutes and the line went all the way outside never recomend

It's not my cup of tea. It's clean, good music, clean and plenty of dunno choices. Maybe I'll try someone different if I go back.

Delicious boba teas, I will always keep coming back. Usually a long line but they are efficient

Wife and I swang by cause she was in the mood for some boba. Entered the store and patiently waited behind 3 different couples in front of us. As we waited, I observed the store. Was my first time in this place. As I looked into the open kitch area, there was trash, dirty cups, papers... was a complete mess and full of saftey hazards. The other awaiting customers had placed there orders so we made our way up to make our order. About a minute later an older woman stepped up to the register, she just stood there (another minute passed) not even introducing or asking us what we would like. I asked the lady "We're ready to order, are you?" Her responce was "what do you want?" My wife made her order, we only waited another 5 minutes and we were out of that place. Horrible customer service and very unclean and full of safety hazards facility. I will not recommend nor go back to this place.

Great Boba spot, with a variety of teas, milk teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks. I've been a boba tea drinker for many years, so I brought a couple first timers with me, to experience it. I purchased for myself the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, which was so refreshing! One of my friends ordered the Almond milk tea, and they said it was good but they wished they would've tried a different flavor, outside of there norm.

My other friend raved about their cookies and cream but could've done with out the boba. I always tell people, you either LOVE the boba tapioca or you dont lol. Some flavors go well with boba and some dont. You also have the option of putting flavored jellies in, instead of the tapioca boba. The price is no too bad either. It's a chill spot to just hang out with your friends and chat. Emoji rating=🙂👍🏽🤤🤤🤤

Good drink but the Boba is not for me

I get to the shop there is a huge line. Only one person running the register. Couldn’t anyone come out and help to get the line down? Very disappointing

Horrible customer service. This girls don't realize we're paying for what we're ordering it's not free so why the attitude.
