Cafe Crepes de Paris

A bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Not large portion for crepe. Sweet hide away, very beautiful space.

This place is a hidden gem very charming restaurant.

I ordered the Smoked Salmon Crepe, this was my first time here and it will not be my last!! This Crepe was Delicious!! Very Impressed!

It's hard and rare to give a place 5 stars on your first visit, but I went and came out of here in awe and thoroughly satisfied with both the people, the environment and the food. Set in a hidden strategic location on Truxtun the outside seating feels like an out of town experience, a mini get away. It's a tiny jewel in Bakersfield decorated with lots of shade, greenery and misters. Genuinely enamored with this little slice of hidden heaven. The breakfast crêpe is not dauntingly salty and the the sweet dessert crepes not overwhelmingly sweet, they are both equally seasoned to perfection, and cooked exquisitely in their own right. We had the Baja crêpe which was served with a most delicious tomato sauce that had the perfect hint of spice. This one really took me back to my grandmothers homemade family salsa that has been hard to replicate. The Strawberry Creme crêpe was served with a hint of Nutella. The cook put the perfect amount of Nutella so it didn't take from the flavor of the Strawberries and creme (more nutella was optional). The Clam Choweder was a creamy delight that danced in your mouth and went perfectly with the slices of sourdough bread. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of their menu.

The person at the cash register was rude and unfriendly. The man with dark hair was also not friendly. The vegan crepes are good but they are too expensive. I recommend getting new staff that are nice and lowering the price of the vegan crepes to a more reasonable price. I loved the decor and ambience though.

This is the most adorable little hidden treasure for sure! We were driving home from a doctor's appointment _and we decided to just start making random turns to find something to eat. If you blink you will miss it but the ambiance is so awesome!!
