Finnish Country Sauna & Tubs

Hot tubs are great, sauna was nice but had an odd smell to it. Drinks are nice and the general vibe and atmosphere is great. Only reason I don't give 4 stars (would be 3 if everything else wasn't so damn nice) is that making a reservation is hellish. No online reservations, no "hold" feature on the phones. You have to call them non-stop to get through, otherwise "line busy" and one of the other's trying to get through beats you in. Insane they still use such an outdated and irritating reservation system. Can take literally upwards of 100+ calls.

Wow what a little slice of heaven on earth!!! We will be back many more times!!! What an experience to be enjoyed! Take the full hour or do 30min sauna 30min tub you wont regret it!!

Beautiful place but the way they handle the business it’s horrible. You have to stand outside the morning before to book an appointment, no advanced bookings. They handle business like it’s the year 1987.

Just got done with our tub been here several times since growing up in humboldt the front desk was unfriendly and rude. Any other time staff says have a good night hope you enjoyed yourself nothing. It doesn't take much to be kind. The check in experience was the same. The young guy actually cleaning the tubs was the nice employee. Definitely will be sharing my experience and won't be back for a long time if at all.

Clean, cozy, spacious, old-school hot tubs. Reservations can be hard to get over the phone, but worth it. Reasonably priced, always very pleasant.

Having tubs and saunas is one thing. This place adds another level by manipulating your senses like Disneyland does. I feel like I'm in some enchanted forest when I'm here. At night, it feels like you're in Fantasyland or something. And the tubs all are nestled into the trees. It's an amazing place and I go once a week or more. I'm going tonight, actually.

Edit: The main complaint IS the booking method. It is annoying to deal with, yes. Website probably SHOULD mention you need to reserve and it's usually high demand. Non-locals can't be expected to know this, and it will give a bad experience. That's clear in the few negative reviews here.
