Service was fantastic, everyone seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing. I got the bottomless coffee and tried their butter rum. It was so good I bought a bag to take home.
Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. My quiche tasted decent but was clearly old because the edge was hard and the last bite was nearly inedible. My husband's eggs Benedict Florentine was almost half spinach and the eggs were way overcooked. Again, tasted fine, but the cook was rough. Might stop back for coffee, but we'll never get food there again.

Awesome presentation and food. It truly was fantastic. However, the manager made the associate taking orders to not take any other orders until something. However, they never said nothing to us until and we were the only people in the line. The Associate finally said, he would be with us, but they had me wait quite a bit. The manager went past us several times and never said a Word. Finally when the food came manager was more hospitable. The Associate was always wonderful and the food was exceptional.

I ordered the panini and husband ordered waffle, both were quite good. I have dairy allergy and I told the owner when ordering. A young lady in the kitchen came out to clarify that the salad I ordered have dairy and recommended an alternative side. I really appreciate her great service, and definitely will recommend this place.

Java Primo is excellent! We got breakfast and coffees and were so impressed with the food and the service. The tacos, the waffles, and the Country Benedict were to die for!

Today was my first time going in and I will most certainly be returning.
The whole experience was inviting and pleasant. From the tastey Iced Aloha Latte to the super cute stuffies and knick knacks. The staff was super sociable with fun conversation to kick start the day.
Their menu is extensive and with so many scrumptious options any customer will have a choice to meet their desires I'm sure.

Their food was already great but lately it’s been top notch. I dined in today and every table was full, yet everyone was receiving great service. Not to mention there were only three people working, doing an awesome job. The food was presented beautifully and tasted perfect. Not sure how their fruit is all so fresh year round when you can’t even get it at the grocery store at this quality this time of year. I watched as every customer left satisfied and impressed with their experience, giving the employees compliments as they exited after their meal. They deserve lots of praise, this is some of the best quality food you’ll get in Hot Springs at a great price. The entire restaurant was spotless, all merchandise nicely organized so you could see and shop everything from wherever you sat in the store. I love this place and am extra pleased with their growth recently. Get the panini with fresh fruit, just a suggestion!

Friendly people and good service. The food was delicious. It was a little slow to get our food but it is cooked as ordered instead of precooked sitting under a warmer. Shrinp and grits and the waffles all looked amazing. A friend had the blood mary and she liked it. I had the chipotle chicken wrap.

The coffee was pretty good but the people was what made it great! They were so nice and gave perfect customer service. The drive thru wasn’t open which was my only downfall but the people working made up for it

Stopped in on a Saturday morning (05/06/23) and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The coffee shop was small but able to accommodate my party of 6. We were in town to enjoy the horse races and spend time with family. I ordered the country benedict with a side of breakfast potatoes. The meal was delicious. The only downfall is my egg was fried and not sunny side up. Regardless, the meal was great and if in town again I would go back and eat it again.
Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Highly encourage anyone to give them a try. Has that mom and pop diner feel to it.

Very friendly and good food. They are very dog friendly and even gave my pup some bacon. It got a little expensive for breakfast but it was worth it.
