JavaPrimo Coffee House, Cafe & More - HOT SPRINGS

Had high hopes for this place. Super cute, but the breakfast was just okay and the mimosas didn’t come out until we were done eating. Perhaps it was just a bad day, if I try again I’ll update my review.

Most unprofessional staff and management in town. Asked counter help to wash her hands after handling money and proceeding to put her hand into a canister to get my coffee. Didn't appreciate the attitude and eye rolling plus arguing. The worst part was the actual manager on duty response...defending his employees actions. I was astonished and will never go back. Too many other places in town who know how to treat customers.

Best Eggs Benedict I've had in a long time, good coffee.

Overpriced. They’re proud of it with nothing to back it up. Just another bland coffee shop. I’d go here over Starbucks just to spite the big names. But I wasn’t super impressed.

We had brown haired girl take our order, and she was one of the rudest people that have ever taken our order. But it you don’t mind that, the coffees good. But we also had an interaction with a man, and he was incredibly nice!

The absolute best place for a mimosa and to be generally entertained! Kerry the manager made us feel so welcome and comfortable, even if the drinks weren't as good as they were I'd be back just for the interaction.

So... I had mostly given up on this place. It used to be dirty, and chaotic but it was so near the mall, I stopped in. I must say, the new staff is AMAZING. that new cook, Cary?(spelling) knows what he's doing. Not only is the entire staff friendly, and welcoming, you can't tell they actually care what they're presenting. The cook came from the back to suggest a drink (white mocha with lavender) and I was iffy, it's delicious. The experience has done a 180. 10/10

One of my favorite things to do when traveling is to sniff out the local coffee shops best for coffee snobs like me ;) and I'm happy to say I've found the one for Hot Springs!!! The friendly staff make you feel at home and the manager Charles's hospitality prove why the staff follows suit. Sometimes the vibe is perfect and the staff friendly but the coffee sub-par... I'm happy to say this place has BOTH and ALL!!!

In my top 5 a.m. spots in Hot Springs. The Breakfast sandwich is delicious and a great value. Pair it with an Americano or an Irish Coffee and get a side of fresh fruit or a muffin. The gift selections are interesting but not really my thing. A great place to bring a book or a laptop. Highly recommended
