First and last time. I threw my coffee in the trash after one sip of my side water bc it tasted STRONGLY of mold. I might get sick off that one sip. Never again. Also super super super weak coffee, worse than gas station strength and I got an americano!

Decided to stop by for Grand Opening! We were really excited to try a new coffee shop in town and support locally. The girl taking our order wasn’t necessarily rude, but she didn’t really ask how we were doing or anything like that. Got confused about an order and just left and came back. Got to the window and they didn’t greet us or say hello or anything. Waited and waited and they gave us one drink and said “here you go!” and walked away. We had to remind them we had another order, and all three ladies came up and said “what did you order”. They tried handing us different drinks that we didn’t even order. I think in time, the slow timing and being confused will go away, but that customer service is what they really need to work on... idk if enough training can help with that. Regardless , I hope Locals stays in business! The coffee ain’t half too bad. Hope they can figure it all out.

First off, this isn’t your standard drive-thru coffee place – The coffee here is top notch craft coffee. I got the nitro cold brew, and it is perhaps the best I’ve ever had, and easily the best in Fayetteville. Their menu is complete with all the options you’d except from a nice local coffee shop, but is not too confusing.

Also, I was there for their “soft opening,” and they were slammed with business beyond belief. No doubt it was not easy for the staff. However, the staff was still very courteous and energetic, and even helped me figure out exactly what my order should be (since I was new to their menu). They also distributed free coffee to those who got in the drive-thru line too late to get something before it closed, showing that they’re willing to go out of their way to provide quality service and retain customers.

The location is ideal for a drive-thru coffee shop, it is well constructed and aesthetic, and it even has some picnic tables for outdoor seating.

10/10 – would recommend.

Staff is wonderful, however prices are much higher than any other coffee shop around, and not for a better coffee. Flavor is subpar and sizes are way too small for the prices being charged. Even more expensive than Starbucks and worse tasting.

Wow. I admittedly resigned this to the stereotypical crazy sweet, bitter coffee most drive through stands offer. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. The menu was inspiring with lots of fun concoctions from my all time favorite craft Alchemy syrup and Kyya chocolate. The milk was microfoamed to perfection, even offering me good latte art. I am personally not a huge fan of Mountain Bird coffee, but I respect the local inclusion of Ingredients and feel they did very well with the brand. I had the herbalicious (rosemary, thyme, mint, lavender) and my daughter tried the Turtle. I usually ask for half sweet at any coffee shop, but I wanted to try them un-altered. It was perfect. Cheers guys. You changed my mind on coffee shacks today. I hope they stay this consistently good.

Locals has brought a new type of coffee to east fayetteville. East fayetteville has needed good fast coffee for so long and locals does just that. They are extremely organized and put together. I assure you that they will do their best every time to get your drink to you fast and made right. I love this business and i hope it continues to thrive.

1. If I knew I was just getting a mediocre cup of black coffee with creamer, I would've just gone to a gas station and saved $4...
2. Light cream apparently means heavy cream.
3. maybe when you give someone a cup of super hot coffee you make sure the lid is on tight and the cup isn't full to the brim. Nothing like dumping coffee all over your pants and car in the middle of the work day.

I had some doubt before they opened, especially with the somewhat generic sounding name, but I was quite happy with our purchase this morning. I love how they use sauces from Kyya and syrups from Pink House Alchemy, it let's you know what to expect of the quality of the flavor and lends some credit to their name. I just wish I could've gotten it in a bigger size, like a 20 ounce.

Extremely disorganized. Three different cars behind me received orders prior to mine which was frustrating because I ordered 2 lattes while the other cars all had more drinks than that. It seems like my order got lost which is why I sat at the drive through window for over 10 minutes…
Order was wrong once receiving.
All in all, I was excited to support local but the experience definitely needs some refining before I’ll be back.

Staff were super nice here. They were quick with ordering and getting out what you want. Super friendly and talkative, I love it! Super good coffee too!
