The caffeine was absent, more mellowed down with a good portion of milk. I took a slice of coffee cake as well. The served it warm but the cake was a bit sticky and not up to the mark.

Such a great little place. Happy faces everywhere serving coffee. Extra helpful with allergy issues...but most importantly the coffee is AWESOME!

It’s about time that East Fayetteville got a good coffee shop. It’s a drive-thru but it’s HANDS DOWN some of the beat coffee you can get. A few things you can expect when you come through....

1. It’s 100% local - hence the name. Coffee is provided by Mountain Bird Coffee, a great local roaster near Eureka Springs. Syrups are crafted by Pink House Alchemy - local to Fayetteville. Unbelievably good syrup. The chocolate sauce for chocolate based drinks is by Kyya. Yet, another locally sourced ingredient.

2. The ownership is committed to leading and serving with integrity. My son is a barista and the men who lead this business are men that I want my son to learn from in a job.

3. I can promise whoever on these reviews hammered the customer service, it’s going to be just fine. The ownership has top notch management in the store and customer service will be priority.

So, there’s my review. You won’t be disappointed.

My favorite coffee shop in NWA. The PH Delight is my go to and never lets me down. Service is always top notch and I never have to wait long.

I went to Locals for their grand opening and the experience was great! The staff is amazing! Their building is so cool and has a great outdoor space to drink your coffee if you want to hangout or you can just drive through. Our drinks came out really fast and they tasted great! 10/10 recommended stopping by if you’re in Fayetteville!

SKIP IT. Do yourself a FAVOR and keep driving to the next coffee shop. Undrinkable cup of coffee accompanied by terrible service by a crew of college students that had no issue making you aware they did not want to be there. They were much too busy discussing skipping classes and events than making our order. They gave our order to someone else and then when they did finally remake it, they left out the sweetener and left it sitting on the counter cooling off. When we asked for it, they pretended to add something but definitely had not. I am more than capable of mixing in my own sweetener so I asked for some packets. That is when she told me they didn't have my requested sweetner !! So WHAT had they pretended to put in my coffee??? Who knows. Terrible service, terrible coffee.

I got through the line really quick! The coffee was EXCELLENT..like finest quality in our state in my opinion! The worker came out and met me at my car to take my order! Very personable!

There's nothing better than going to an establishment and being asked "do you want your usual?" and them knowing exactly what it is. Always delicious and always the best service.

Easily the best coffee in northwest Arkansas. I have tried every coffee shop in town and nothing comes close to the quality of drinks and the quality of service at Locals. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and welcoming and everything I have tried has been amazing! I would highly highly recommend!
