I'm not gonna lie, I typically have low expectations of this chain, let alone ANYTHING in Yuma that requires more than two braincells to do, but much to my surprise, I had a wonderful experience at this location! The young lady who was my waitress was so pleasant and had great dialogue. The food was EXCELLENT and overall it was cleanly. Service was quick and my pregnancy cravings satisfied 🤣.

My family of four went in on Wednesday 4/7/21 night and we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant!! It took them 10 minutes to notice we were up front waiting to be seated. We could see an employee going through the trash for a receipt. I almost left when they finally came out and seated us. Our waitress Mia was friendly but she hardly ever checked on us. Our food took over 30 minutes to be brought out!!! And we were still the only customers there! My order was cold, my husband’s burger wasn’t right and my daughters biscuit and gravy was cold. Definitely not going back

My family and I had a good experience today at IHOP. The food was delicious and well portioned and our waitress was attentive. Compared to Denny's, I like that because of covid, you get to pay at the table instead of having to stand in a long line obstructing other people's way.

Managers need to hire more servers. We waited for 20 min even though there were open tables. There were only 2 servers having to do the work of 8. Those 2 servers should be paid triple time for that. We ended up leaving since there was no service available. 3 other families left as well.
