IHOP

Food was not hot after it took so long. We ate it because we were hungry. And we did not return it because we hear of so many things that employees do to customers food when they complain. We told the waitress but she didn't seem to care.

It was one of the only places ooen christmas day. The server was great being the only server working. The food not so great but edible. Dont ordee mac and cheese, it was bland and looked like boxed mac and cheese. Never again.

We came for brunch with friends. The food was hot served in a timely manner, and tasty. We enjoyed our food and company very much and have no complaints. Our server was attentive and responsive.

Update AUG. 2022: I believe in second chances. I would have given 3 stars except that THE ORIGINAL BUTTERMILK PANCAKES WE'RE EXCELLENT AND ALYSSA'S SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. Original: I just stood at the door for 3 minutes waiting to be seated. There's a man at the register waiting to pay. There's an employee moping the floor with her back to us. She hasn't turned around. I'm wondering what stinks so bad. Is it sour mop water or a grease trap badly in need of cleaning. I can't take the stink any more. I'm leaving. IHOP food is usually pretty good. I'm disappointed that it smells too bad to eat here

I have never left a review on a restaurant before, but I thought my trip here was bad enough to... I would never eat here again... A group of us coworkers are there early this morning at around 1am, apparently the manager was the one cooking, not a big deal, then the server brought out the coffee cups for the table, to which not one looked clean... And then I saw the manager throw what looked like a used napkin on my plate in the servers window, I then proceeded to watch the server grab the item off my plate and then deliver it to our table... Once she got to our table I asked what it was that she took off my plate and she said "I don't think I took anything off the plate"... I said I just watched you, and again she repeated, I don't think I did that. Luckily I'm not one of the people out there that is afraid of germs or anything, but come on, that is complete trash, I used to work in a restaurant for many years and would never do anything like that.

Great prices for their happy hour specials 2-10pm, tasty food, friendly service (see Ms Sataya for great recommendations (ask for their dessert) a must if you havent been!

It was okay food. The place was empty. Our waitress was nice. I watched another waitress at another table have her hands in her pockets or stick her finger in her ear.

Wouldn't let us pay for food and leave. Our waiter kept ignoring us. I miss my family

Food was good once we got it. Happy hour and only 3 people I. There already eating. Barly any staff only saw to seat and deliver food. Waited forever to pay for food. Never got water refill or anything after food was there and half of it cold. My husband was ready to leave while waiting for food took so long. This is the second time there same way both times. Staff stays in kitchen becouse I sont think have enough staff. I can see why it's the only restaurant in yuma that's not packed. Wasn't even sure was open only 2 cars in lot at 6 pm. Even Dennys had a waiting list. I don't think we will go back. Talked to many people in or rv resort say they use to love it there but horrible service. Abd takes to long to get food. We only had a steak burger abd took over 46 min. That's ridicules and we were only ones waiting fir food

Service was super slow. We waited to be seated for about 10 mins. It seemed like there was a lack of staff as waiters were non-stop. Even to get the check and pay was hard as waiters were no where to be found
