IHOP

I came in after a all day long drive and it was about 11pm so almost nobody there and the server pretty much ignored us the whole time after our order was taken. Everything else was good just no service.

The service was good , the food not so much !

The worst service ever! Longest wait for drinks which was coffee & orange juice it took more than 40 mins. Then it took another 30 mins for the one waitress to take our order. It was 2:45 am when we got there & it was 3:40 and we still had not been served our breakfast! We walked out...too hungry to wait anymore. There were only three other tables in the restaurant with customers. While we waited & waited we could see the cook playing around in the kitchen. Never again will we come here.

We went in at 4:30 am and the only ones there. Had to find an employee to see if they were open. Ordered food and they brought mine out but only my dining partners pancakes. Said his God had to be recooked. His 3 pancakes were on a very small plate, but couldn’t find the waitress to get a bigger plate so syrup went all over the table. His bacon was burnt, hash browns were not cooked all the way and his pancakes were cold. Though the waitress was very polite, her uniform was very dirty. Yes, I work in the food industry.

Waitress was good, food average. The pancakes were not as good as they should be and that's the reason I like to go!

I never thought I would ever say this but the best eggs I’ve had in a while was right here at IHOP thanks to Manager Claudia. They were so perfect. She is indeed and amazing manager and an even better cook.

Good was good but service was not. Waitress put order in wrong so cook had to cook another meat. So it took twice as long to get dinner. It happens sometimes but it's been a long time.

It was a lovely service with good staff and a lil improvement on the menu availability and the restaurant representation but it was a good experience!

Breakfast here is good and affordable .👍

Took so long to get my food, it was cold. Place wasn't even busy. 3 waitresses and only 4 booth occupied. Food shouldn't have been cold. Had to ask for refill, silverware, condiments. Place was dingy and dirty looking. Would not recommend, will never return. Not from Yuma, was only visiting. I'd be so sad if I lived here as I love IHOP and can pick from many in Phoenix. Only choice in Yuma.... So 😢
