I had a return to make but my items were passed the 30 days. They were super helpful in providing a store credit for the amount as I had my receipt. I was able to find what I was looking for. Store was super organized, clean and smelt very good
Staff were courteous and helpful.

Not very crowded, check out super...some really good deals..$50 to $75% off!!! Several ladies on the floor, very cheerful and ready to help if you need them... but not pushy either, the best!.

My fiancé and I went to this store for the first time and have been to the store 3 times now with in a week. We purchased over $1200 worth of things. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the perks and I did. I started to receive an email once a day about getting 10%-15%. So I took my receipts into the store and asked if I could get 10% off from what I purchased. They told me at first no and when I ask why they couldn’t give me an answer so they call a manager up and she tells me I would need to bring back all the items and rescan them in AND THEN I can get my 10% off. These items are large and will not all fit in my car. We made multiple trips to this store because it all doesn’t fit in the car at once. Why would I need to bring everything back and make it harder on myself when they can just type in the item number. I use to work multiple retail stores and this was never an issue. I kept asking what is the difference between bringing in the item compared to just typing in the item number and all the response I kept getting is “it’s our protocol”. I am more upset that they can’t give a straight answer to why it’s a protocol. I’m not asking for 50%. Simply just asking for 10%. I will not be returning to this store.

Home Goods has nice selection and good prices. I would like for all clearance items to be more clearly marked. They have one aisle that is identified well, but other clearance merchandise is not as obviously identified. I like the gourmet food selection as well. We were able to find items that we were not able to locate at supermarkets, even those with high-end products. The staff is really delightful; they helped even with suggestions about activities in the area. I will definitely be back.

Great place to pick up home decor items. Found several large ceramic vases for half off and saved us tons of cash.

I’ve not had the best luck at this location . The employers are curt and borderline rude . I had to interact with a supervisor for a return and she was far from helpful . Mesa and Gilbert are far better in terms of customer service . Inventory levels are good here - one positive .

This store has it all! It has more than just decor, if you haven't checked it out, make sure you do. I took the time to walk through every isle. It is well organized, the store smells very nice and is very clean. However, not a single employee said a word to me. I was there for about an hour. Overall this will be one of my favorite stores! Take my money! But say hello lol.

What a sad shopping experience! Went in looking for a short plant stand for an indoor plant, and what they had was Over Priced, and Cheaply made junk. Walked out empty handed as always! Won't go back! Quick look On Line, and found what we wanted, delivered in one day!!

At Home has a fantastic selection of decor for every room in the home and the patio too.

I was back today for more rugs. They have a large and varied selection of rugs ranging from traditional to modern for every room in the home. I also found the perfect lamp here!
I've purchased holiday decorations, bathroom items, organization items, even sofa covers and pet beds. They've got a moderate sized furniture department as well.

They have their own entrance with parking just outside their doors so you don't have to go through the Arizona Mills Mall entrance. This also makes it convenient to load up the car after shopping here.
