HUGE!! a bit messy but fairly organized. Not all their prices are discounted but the ones that are can save you a bundle. It is hard to shop if you have a specific idea of what you're looking for but if you've an hour or two to kill and money to spend there is no doubt you will find something that you fancy and you will spend on it. There are just so many cool things the store carries that keep you from having to run to three different stores to find. Make sure you have enough time to go through the entire place. Easy access from the parking lot. However there was not a loading zone for larger more cumbersome items that may be bought and needing to be loaded into your vehicle. Staff was nice. Not too approachable. Seemed overworked for such a huge place. Hence the three stars.

I absolutely love this store. They have furniture, kitchen utensils, decorations, lamps, etc. Literally everything to make your home look amazing.

I went there with my family last night to look for Christmas decorations and patio furniture. The store itself was completely disorganized but I gather it was to make room for Christmas stuff so that’s fine, however, there were two female associates there last night that had the most unpleasant attitudes I have ever dealt with.

For the lack of name tags, I couldn’t give names. Even though I do want to. But they were restocking shelves from boxes on a dolly and having a very rude and condescending conversation. Such as calling customers the equivalent of donkeys, yes that swear word I won’t write, amongst other profanity and classless words. How childish and unprofessional are you? This made an unpleasant experience for my family and I absolutely will be not coming back. You can bet I will be trying to get ahold of a representative to complain. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Update from my last review when this exact store was located in AZ mills mall. I'm so glad they relocated. It's much nicer to shop here now without the heavy foot traffic of the mall folks. Let alone the many damaged items because of that.

This is a huge store. It is clean and well organized. The shopping carts have a diagram of the store layout. Knocked a star off as the store can look cluttered because there is just so much stuff.

Visited this establishment on a whim
Walked out with three sets of dishes. Our cashier signed us up for their E-mail insider perks whilst we were checking out.

I like the store but they charge to much for how messy it is... You have to dig through all the stuff on the shelves to hopefully find what your looking for. $10 for a cookie scoop that I had to dig for I'm paying for convenience that I don't get. The cashier was also kinda snooty but oh well she's probably having a bad day... Overall I would love the store if it was cheaper and they could keep the mess or clean and organized and they could keep the price.

This store is fantastic! They have so much stuff and so many great deals. All the staff are super friendly. I could spend hours in here and never get bored!

Our 1st time visit left much to the imagination. The store had no sales associate to assist with floor support and each aisle was disorganized and messy. Customers walking up and down the aisles were openly disgusting the high prices and disorganization of the store. The cashier Nancy was openly and lacked customer service, maybe she was over worked. This store provided high customer effort. If the store stays in this track customer's may be turned away.

We love this store for quick and inexpensive furniture, rug, and other home items. If you are a realtor, I'm sure this store is perfect for staging homes. It has everything for a home in the mid-quality range at awesome prices. The staff is always friendly, too!
