Excellent service and food was amazing! This is definitely a hidden gem in Sierra Vista! Can’t way to come back.

Absolutely delicious. Service was great and everything tasted fresh. I really dug my Weiner Schnitzel meal with potato pancakes and spatzle.

If I lived closer, I'd definitely frequent this place.

First visit to this establishment. It's a small place with pleasant decor and ambiance. White not certain, I'm fairly sure it's staffed by the couple who own it. Very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing! I had their Reuben sandwich. It's the best I've ever had. Words can't describe it. You simply must have one yourself. My lunch companion had the Hungarian goulash and absolutely loved it. Be warned: it is spicy! We love spicy food and found it delicious. I recommend the German Cafe without reservation. W will be back there soon.

The German Cafe serves some of the BEST German cuisine I've ever had! I honestly wish I could eat there weekly. The onion gravy on their breaded pork is sublime, the German potato salad is beyond decadent, and I love their cucumber salad because of the flavor and how refreshing it is. Absolutely love this place! I'm so grateful that we are lucky enough to have such tremendously great German cuisine here in Sierra Vista.

Our first visit & we loved it! Our waitress informed us that it was schnitzel Tuesday so we ordered two different schnitzel entrees…both were very good! The schnitzels were tender & the sides were very yummy (potato salad, spaetzle, cucumber salad & potato pancakes). Our waitress was friendly & attentive. We will be back!

Exactly what I expected at the German Cafe. German chocolate cake was delicious! Schnitzel was very good and I really enjoyed the cucumber salad.

We went to this Cafe for the first time. My son has been to Germany and we wanted to try some food. We were all pleasantly surprised in not only how great the food and drinks tasted but how adorable the Cafe was and how wonderful the lady was. I highly apologize for not remembering her name but she was so happy, outgoing, and professional. Only regret is we do not live in Arizona to be able to go back more often. Thank you for a wonderful meal and time.

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner at the German Cafe on April 25, 2023. The food is very authentic and fresh. I said authentic because, we are both very familiar with German cuisine and quite picky, since we both can and do cook it. The schnitzels were cooked perfectly, and the side dishes of spetzel, red cabbage, and cucumbers with sour cream, were prepared perfectly.
We were pleasantly surprised by the strawberry and blueberry cake as well.
Our waitress was very engaging and pleasant.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for a taste of home German cooking.

Review is based solely on dessert takeout: Got german chocolate and apple bundt cake slices. Both were extremely delicious in their own ways. My personal favorite was the apple one. The waitress who helped me was very pleasant. Prices are on the expensive side compared to other places with tasty cake slices but it’s nice to try them once in a while.

Truly the best dine in experience I've had. Before coming in I was in a dark place. Tired, unhappy with life, felt as valuable as a summer ant. However, once I sat in the resurant the restaurant felt like it gave a sense of warm I felt relax. The service was immaculate the waitress was very kind. The food in another level, it genuinly was life changing and was what inspired me to make this review. I ordered potato pancakes and schnitzel. Once it was in my mouth it reminded me of the childhood memories of food my mother used to make me, not only was the food a 10/10 it brought me much joy. It made me forget about my blues and gave me taste of happiness. It brought motivation for my life as it reminded me of better times. This experience has given me the much needed motivation to get my life together and treat myself now. Truly a life changing experience I can't recommend it enough
