Very pricey. Waited twenty minutes for one drink and people that ordered after me were getting their drinks before me. Staff was nice but not efficient whatsoever

Didn’t have any issues with customer service but rather the quality of the cupcakes. For the given price point, I would expect the cupcakes to be made fresh daily. Unfortunately the cupcakes we bought were dry and brittle, at most worth $2-3. But at the total price of $14 for 2 dry old cupcakes is quite a deceiving tourist trap.

We were lured inside by the smell, it was the most delicious scent I’d ever smelled in my entire life as we walked past! The desserts here are so cute! A bit pricey but it’s to be expected in Sedona, especially in this fancy shopping center. Plus the cupcake was so sweet my boyfriend and I shared just one and were full. I’m not sure about the reviews of bad customer service. The lady helping me was really nice, I had no issues!

Stopped in for some HUMONGOUS cookies and they were so delicious! You can tell they use real butter and quality ingredients. Highly recommend.

Dense cakes, bad texture , and tastes like pure sugar. Starbucks canned coffee is better than here. Skip this

Grabbed a coffee and dessert. They have a lot of gluten free options which is great! I highly recommend.

Cashier was super friendly and well-mannered! All the desserts were adorable; my mother and I bought several things and the lemon bar so far is our absolute favorite. One of the best I’ve ever tried, and lemon is my favorite so I’ve got high standards haha. Prickly Pear Lemonade was delicious and not too syrupy. Super happy with the experience overall!

On 4/27/2021 I was on vacation in the City of Sedona. Around 1030 hours I ordered two ice coffees. The person taking the order had a horrible attitude. Very sassy with customers. When it came time to make the coffee she just stood there and started counting cupcakes. She neither took orders or help make the “coffee.”
After about 20 mins our “coffee” was finished. I honestly had better Coffee in CDCR store coffee.
It was so bad we just left the entire shopping plaza.

Very disappointed. First, the girl working seemed way more interested in her phone than us, the customers. She couldn't answer any questions about the products she is there to sell. Her attitude was that she was annoyed that we as customers were interrupting her. As for the cupcakes we purchased...way overpriced for what it is. The cupcake is more like a fudge brownie and not cakelike. The frosting is extremely sweet, to the point that its unetible. They looked great but the taste and texture is not what you would expect, especially for a cupcake at that price.

$17 for two cupcakes that tasted like fridge. The "icing" was extremely hard, seemed like it had spent weeks in the fridge. I should've tried the ice cream. Stay away from the cupcakes!
