Sip Coffee & Beer

I drive 15 min out of my way to start my day with this place at least four times a week. The cold brew is what does it for me! Everyone I've brought here loves it too. Thanks guys!

Update to my last review:
I don't know what happened to this place but the last 5 or 6 times I've been there the cold brew has been sour and horrible. They must have changed owners. I can no longer recommend this place.

Came here as a tourist in Scottsdale for the first time. Marley, the barista was so helpful and kind. She talked to me at length about the menu (which features both coffee, lattes, beer and cocktails) and made me wonderful drinks. I also witnessed her giving phenomenal customer service to other patrons. I got a banana foster latte (get a extra shot or two of banana syrup, if ya like sweet like me) and a Chaga latte. Great chill atmosphere inside and decent size patio outside. I would come here again. Why choose a Starbucks (which is across the street) when you could have something so much better?

This is a great place for a business meeting or to hangout and study. I really enjoyed the coffee and service here.

Came here for the first time the other day. Loved my experience. The barista was so bubbly and welcoming. The coffee was INCREDIBLE. Best chai latte I've had so far! And the playlist was really great! Can't wait to visit again. Thank you!

Awesome vibes here! The avocado toast was also really good quality, and all the drinks are top notch. Perfect place to spend an hour chatting outside on a sunny day or to get some work done in a cool environment!

It’s got a lot of things going for it, but the low marks are significant enough to give it just a star or two.

Good location, tricky parking. A mix of overpriced and decently priced drinks, in your standard variety, but not much in the way of food (what little they’ve had is either prepackaged, or paltry but very overpriced), and they’ve discontinued my favorite drink, too.

I’ve also been surprised at how often staff members have let personal issues get in the way of professional customer interaction. And I don’t just mean airing dirty laundry right in front of customers, although I frequently have heard them do that too. It seems not many have learned the importance of talking to people directly about grievances. It’s affected the venue’s ability to be a safe, welcoming space for (formerly loyal) customers.

Another detriment is how often the music is too loud, with the kitchen staff sometimes playing different music on top of what’s already playing. It’s the definition of cacophony.

My GF absolutely loves this place. They’ve good coffee, Great Lattes, Fun games, and chill vibes. I personally like the breakfast Burrito it’s delicious.

First visit to Sip Coffee. Wife had prickly pear tea and I had house coffee, black. Excellent! Good place to visit if you are in the Old Scottsdale area.

I visited sip coffee and beer for the first time and definitely like the coffee and the food. The outdoors area is really nice for meetings and workspace.

Awesome place to grab something to eat or drink and get some work done. I love the CBD cold brew and the turkey sandwich is slammin. They've got good wifi and outlets galore. This is my office away from home!
