Good customer service is hard to come by and I was so impressed by the ladies that worked here when I visited on 3/25! Good menu variety and positive experience overall :)

Honestly hands down one of the best coffee shops I have ever been too! Not only is the coffee amazing, but the atmosphere is so welcoming especially with the girls who work there! They are so personable and friendly!

One of the workers, Rylie, was so sweet and told me about so much going on around the city and different things I should do! I had just moved to town & I was still trying to get use to being in a new city alone! So if you want a coffee shop with such a welcoming environment, this is your place!!

My husband and I are new to Arizona and we’ve seen this establishment all over our IG feeds . Needless to say as coffee lovers this place was on our highly anticipated list of coffee places to go to. Today I purchased an iced bananas foster latte, it looks amazing on their website and in every picture I’ve seen lol . I am however so sad that I am as dissatisfied as I am. I love that their coffee tastes great but it’s hard to believe that there is any banana or caramel or even milk in my cup. All I taste is coffee and I mean like strong coffee . . In addition I’m big on the dressings of my coffee in all the advertisements I see there is whip cream and caramel drizzle And I didn’t get any of that. I believe if it’s advertised a certain way I shouldn’t have to ask for it . All in all not worth the 6 bucks plus tip I spent but your experience may differ . May the odds be forever in your favor

Expect to wait an hour after you order. It took the only employee 10 minutes to make one drink. Under staffed. But he also felt no need to be efficient.

My wife heard of Sip on a blog she found and we got the Siplicious Latte, which had chai and espresso. My wife is a big chai fan and I wanted a latte so it was the perfect drink to share. Very interesting taste - delicious!

Nice coffee shop with it's own style. It also has great beer. Goldwater IPA is really smooth. My wife had the best Chai Latte she's ever had!

Great coffee and really cute spot, but very poor service. The employee who took our order, Riley, could barely be bothered to serve us - she was distracted repeatedly as we tried to order. Both girls who were working there this afternoon were more interested in chatting up their friends who were there - and the cute guys who ordered beer. I was just so turned off by their spacey attitudes. I rarely feel prompted to leave reviews, but I recommend getting the coffee to go - avoid interacting with the register staff as much as possible.

Just walked out of this establishment (8/4/2022) completely disappointed with how I was treated by Abbey. I was in town on business and entered Sip with hopes to have a good cup of coffee and breakfast. I came a few minutes ahead of my group of 5 so that I could check out the menu and secure a spot for us. I walked in took a look at the menu. Walked up to the register where Abbey glanced at me a couple of times but never greated me. Never said how can i help you? Never even said I'll be with you in a moment. After about 4-5 minutes of standing directly in front of the register a man walked up and stood next to me when Abbey immediately stopped whatever she was doing, walked up to the register and asked the man (who I assume was a regular) will you be having tea today? She completely looked passed me. I waved my hand in the air and said hello, excuse me I've been standing here. She replied with a nod of her head and continued entering the gentleman's order into the register. She didn't even attempt to apologize. To this I turned around and walked out. I Called my work group and had our location switched to JO JO's COFFEE HOUSE which is just a few short feet away where we were greeted and had amazing customer service.. not to mention the coffee flights and breakfast were amazing. This is where we will meet up over the next couple of days while we're here. I'd say to stay away from Sip if Abbey is behind the bar and you're not a regular. Sorry for this place.
