Sip Coffee & Beer

Nice location but no parking, only about 7 spaces. The coffee is good but overpriced. The wait for food is usually one hour and around 9-10 dollars for one slice of toast. Did not tell me the bagel was rye when I ordered. Did not bring any silverware or napkins with food. Went here because it was featured on TV, maybe they should have expected more traffic and hired another cook.

I feel it's a college style place
with the universities around. Cool place,I'd come back. Next to a brewery that opens at around noon.

They had no food avail .... then said they had only bagels and avacafo toast but no cream cheese for the bagels ... watched me sit and go over menu for a long time . But didnt say the kitchen was closed till after .........

Really great coffee and delicious mocha!! The large mocha comes with four shots which I love. 😍

I love the relaxed vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. There was a musician singing and playing guitar. Created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. He was awesome and played a variety of songs.

Will definitely come back! Great Scottsdale spot!

The iced coffee was pretty good, but the outdoor patio is just ok. The patio isn’t all that comfortable and overlooks a parking lot and can get very warm. I would recommend Schmooze, which has a nicer outdoor area.

Always a lovely time at Sip. Their Americanos are tasty, and they have a great patio and open window atmosphere. A nice place to work and write at. Parking is a little limited, so I usually park a street over and walk.

Above and beyond service, great coffee, large beer selection with knowledgeable & helpful staff! Going back just for the raspberry muffins too!

Vibe is cool and coffee is standard good, but food is overpriced for what it is. A $10 avocado toast consisted of a small piece of toast, barely any avocado smeared on top, microgreens and pesto. Flavor was okay but I was very underwhelmed overall, especially for the price.

We also got a $14 breakfast burrito which erred on the small side.

Overall, the skimpy breakfast was not worth $26.

Even though this coffee shop is on the pricier side, it's hard to beat the atmosphere here.
They have great breakfast burritos if you want to eat and, if you're getting coffee, the caramel latte here is fantastic!

Great vibes , unique drinks friendly staff! Get the banana late, so good!
