Usually they have great service, but sometimes for no reason at all they are closed or closed early. The hours almost never match Google Maps. It also takes a very long to get your food here. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru, even if you are the only customer.

S L O W....... 5 people behind the counter and only 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru.... 25 minutes later.... I got a bagel... Not the one I wanted because they were out of them.... Crazy question, You're a bagel shop why don't you just make more bagels?

We were so looking forward to having a delicious bagel.
Instead we were served up burnt bagels. When we asked for agers not burned, couldn't believe our ears!
We were told that's the way their toaster works.
Are you kidding with us? Absolutely unbelievable that they would have the nerve to say that. Obviously nobody's training them and customer service and they're too cheap to replace it the bagels as well as their burning machine.
My friend that lives there I know she'll never be back. It was a problem that definitely could have been solved With customer service skills. Like " oh no, I apologize. Let's get you a better one.

how amazing though they were actually able to fix it and take it out sooner so we didn't get a burn order. That really proved to me how they just were flat out rude workers.

Me and my fiancé come here a few times a week for a bagel. Jordan is usually in the drive thru helping us out and always makes our experience wonderful. They have the best customer service.

Was in there the other day and the store was clean for a change but the 2 boys behind the counter nick and ceasar need to watch there language and comments about there customers. I came in with my girls and they asked me what the n word meant and the f bomb as well(after hearing the 2 aforementioned boys say these words). I also heard them complaining about my order and other customers while I and those customers were standing right behind them. Terrible customer service on there part but the girl at the cash register made the whole experience better, and now my wife has the urge to dye her hair purple lol.

VERY disappointed in this place this morning. Yesterday I go in, I wait for probably 20 minutes and they mess up my order and give me no shmear on the side (they put too much on so I put my own on). This morning (3/8/19) I go through the drive through on the way to work, and ordered a Chorizo sunrise with the medium orange juice and hash brown. When I get to the window they inform me that there are no more hash browns (rather than tell me at the drive through speaker), so I tell them I only want the sandwich. I take the sandwich, get to work and open it and it is COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered it on a pretzel bagel, and they gave me a green chili bagel, I ordered it with the shmear on the side, they put it on the sandwich and gave me extra on the side. Since the wait time is so long there, there was no chance of me taking it back in to be fixed and get to work on time even if I had checked it before leaving. This is the second day in a row I had to wait 20 or more minutes and receive a incorrect order. I doubt I'll be back; much easier to go to McDonalds where even if they get my order wrong, I'll still have enough time to go back in and fix it before having to head to work

Five employees working and terrible service. I bagel sandwich was to have avocado on it, maybe 1/3 teaspoon spread on it, lettuce wilted, fruit cup tasted moldy. We asked if they had "hot tea", we were told no, but we have "chai tea, it's hot". Really....

The gross incompetence of the workers is the cause of my 1 star review. I ordered 24.5 farmhouse sandwiches and they were unable or unwilling to mentally process such an order.

The inside of the place is dirty and there is no one I here. We ordered our food and reserved the wrong order. Our order was remade three times and was still incorrect. As someone you has dietary restriction when it comes to egg yolks, it was disappointing to receive multiple bagels with egg yolk when the order said egg whites only on it. Worst experience ever!
