Einstein Bros. Bagels

Man I tried REALLY hard to like this place because my husband and I love the food. But honestly- the people who work here can NEVER get things right! My fourth time going in there trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.. my husband asked for a large drink iced and a sandwich with no bacon! Not only was his drink HOT- but it was a small!! Then on top of all that, his sandwich had bacon on it and my cup was COVERED in sticky syrup. I guess I’ll consider coming here again if the staff can learn to get things right. 😅

Took 25 minutes in line to get 2 bagels, 3 cars ahead of me. The cashier had a difficult time counting back 27 cents change. The Caribou coffee was good so I gave them a star. Bagels were actually disappointing.

Love the bagels...best in the area. Shout out to Jacob for excellent customer service. On two occasions Jacob went out of his way to help me. I appreciate his outstanding customer service and thank him for his kindness.

Indoor seating not available because the drop-down ceiling tiles were dropped down leaving open areas above dining room so we had to eat outside. Very slow (4 staff were behind the counter) that provided unfriendly and uncaring service.

Excellent 5 stars all the way around.

The prices of any fast food including coffee huts is absolutely ridiculous that said, their coffee was okay and the sandwich was not adequate for a normal human being for breakfast.

I like Einstein's BAGEL (otherwise no choice in Prescott) but Some staff don't know about BAGEL. They can't answer which one is vegan menu. please study more about your business. Don't hire bad customer service staff.

I'm extremely disappointed to be leaving this review. I have always loved Einstein Bagels, however, this place seems to have some management issues. They're supposed to be open by 5:30AM according to their posted hours. However, when I try to stop by on my way to work at about 5:45, more times than not, they aren't open yet.
The people are nice for the most part, but I've received the wrong thing from here a handful of times too. I hope they get their act together.

Adamari Mancillas provided the best of the best service to me from any bagel place I've ever been serviced, and BELIEVE ME, I'm a bagel-addict. The level of attention to detail she provided during my entire process of obtaining a bagel was essentially indescribable. 5/5 will come back here on a daily basis. PROMOTE HER TO MANAGER!
