Very friendly customer service. Could use more raisins in cinnamon raisin bagels. They are almost tiny specks, with hardly any there. I'm sure you could add some so there's a decent amount. Their $$. Should offer a club card for each bagel purchased, and offer a free one on the tenth one.

People here do act like you're bothering them when there's an issue that they need to deal with. Ordered coffee all the creamers are spoiled. Garbage cans are all overflowed. Took me 10 minutes to get fresh creamer.

Finally, real NY style bagels... no more airy, nasty bread like bagels...
Einstein bagels are nice and dense with good ‘chew’! We bought “Everything” bagels and they were perfectly balanced seeds and spice. YUM

As always, my husband and I enjoy our time after church on Sundays. However, they changed the way they deliver your orders to the guests.. they use to deliver your orders now they put them up on the counter and holler your names, which sometimes is very difficult to hear. They really need to go back to the way it was done or come up with some other way to announce that your order is ready. This will help so that you can get your order while it's still warm. Thank you for letting me vent, we love Einstein's and are glad to have them in Prescott.

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. Where do I begin. Let's start with how useless the drive thru is. You mean to tell me I'm going to be waiting 15 minutes in drive thru for a bagel and coffee when I could be in and out in a minute inside? Which brings me to my next complaint, the staffing, I've managed a resteraunt before and let me tell this store is always incredibly understaffed and because of that it's no surprise drive thru doesnt function the way it should especially during a rush.i have sat in this store and watched 3 employees try to take orders, do drive thru, make food, cash people out, and the most employees I've ever seen here are on Saturdays and GO FIGURE SATURDAY SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY DAY THE STORE RUNS SOMEWHAT LIKE IT SHOULD. My next complaint is something every arizonan would complain about..THE AC! I asked a young woman employee there why it was so hot in the front and she said there AC has been down the WHOLE SUMMER! I asked how hot it was inside she told me the thermostat said 87. You mean to tell me in the hottest time of the year the damn owners wont even fix the stores ac?? Pathetic loyalty to your customers. On the same topic I asked why they were sticking the ice machine with bags, the young gentleman told me there ice machine has been broken for a month now Too and that theyve tried to get it replaced. I wouldnt be surprised if they are just trying to fix it instead of buy a new one. And an ice machine for that sized store would cost roughly 5 grand. But I guess the customers aren't even worth that to this place. Ive seen these employees cussed out today too by unhappy customers. I asked a sweet blonde girl if she at least gets paid enough for that treatment. She told me they are only paid 11 bucks an hour. THE MCDONALDS NEXT DOOR PAYS THERE EMPLOYEES 12 DOLLARS AND HOUR! TARGET PAYS 13.50! THE BURGER KING NEXT DOOR ALSO PAYS 12. RED LOBSTER IS 13. i hope the owner is reading this, I hope you understand how lucky you are to have such an amazing staff work in such terrible conditions at such a terrible rate of hourly pay.
To summarize my experience here over the last few weeks
-a pointless drive thru being ran on a very understaffed and overworked and UNDERPAID staff.
-outrageous wait times or outrageously consistent orders messed up to rush the wait times.
-a non existent AC that probably wont be fixed till the winter(hope you love having a heat stroke with your bagel)
-non exsistent ice
-and what feels like an owner and a corporation that gives zero cares about there customers.
I'd have to say my only pleasant experience here was my interactions with the following employees
employees
-Jordan(never recieved world class customer service before until I talked with him)
-Sydney(wish I could have talked to her more but her skills were being wasted making the food for what had to have been most her shift)
-Aidan(great service as well but also wasted opportunity on the line instead of face to face with customers)
And who I was told was the manager Juan. If those 4 are ever gone, I wouldnt be surprised to see this store shut down completly. Such disgraceful conditions which shows just how little the owners and corporate care for there customers. Will not be coming back until these issues are met with actual results.

The coffee is excellent, and the Farmhouse breakfast bagel was delicious as well. What gets me is that this cost just shy of $10 for these two items. I could understand this inflated price if it were organic but as far as I know its not.

The Prescott location needs improvement. The coffee tastes like dirt. The food is bland. Bugs are in the inside window sills. If your family insists on going to Einstein's, first stop at McDonald's and buy a cup of coffee. Then the safest and best thing to eat at Einstein's is one of their pre-made pastries or muffins on the top shelf of the enclosed bagel case.

Super annoyed. I appreciate them donating leftover food to charity, but I shouldn't be told over half an hour before they close (after driving a half hour to get to them) that they don't have food because they donated it.
It's literally as simple as telling the people you plan on donating to that they have to wait until close.

Fairly good product with nice clean store. Bagels were soft with no chew and coffee was cold. No half and half.

Extremely slow service. 10 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese both drive thru and in restaurant. Prices are a bit high for average quality food. Overall the impression left after a visit is one of, “why didn’t I get this at the grocery store.”
