Dutch Bros Coffee

Asked for a 911 picture perfect.. even gave a $2 tip and got a plain old slushy in a cup.. I had to litteraly ask.. don't you put the chocolate and caramel all round the inside of the cup? And the guy was all oh you wanted picture perfect huh...my bad... then got another cup splashed around the caramel and chocolate then just pored what was in the old cup into that one.. wiped it and was like here u go..wasn't even full since he threw away a third of it with the old cup.. made me think twice about offering a tip at all the next time I went to a coffee shop.... maybe they don't value a tip anymore since they automatically get so many everyday anyway..

This was my very first time going to Dutch Brothers and to be honest, I only went because my daughter received a $5.00 gift card from her teacher for her birthday gift 🎁. I was hesitant at first because it seems dangerous from the traffic but I promised so I did. I didn't understand how everything works there so I mentioned that it was my first time there, therefore I didn't know the procedure and I was buying 2 candy cane mocha freeze big ones too. Although the only thing that shocked me was the Employees heard me and agreed that our two drinks would be FREE 😁😊😁😊

Some people don't know they have more drinks on there online menu. At least 15+ different rebels and blended coffees. My favorite rebel is Eclipse & Unicorn Blood

If the wait wasn't so long, I'd go way more often. I love the overall experience of the employees coming to your car to take your order and their upbeat personalities. The coffees are great, but it's the employees that keep me coming back. I'm just not sure where they get such upbeat crews, but I'm huge on customer service and Dutch Bros nailed it! Just please, not sure how you can do it, but keep those lines down. I'm not sure I've ever been here without at least 10 cars ahead of me. Guess they're doing something right!

The servers or baristas at this place were absolutely on point in their positive attitude and customer service!

Since I had never tried Dutch Brothers before the server even asked me to taste the drink I ordered to be sure I liked it and if not she would make me something else. NOW that's customer service!!!

Although I typically prefer Starbucks the positive interaction with the staff here could definitely bring me back.

Customer service at any Dutch Bros I go to is always incredible, but today this location stood out to me. I was having a truly awful day and when the girl came up to ask for my order she started by asking how I was. I told her that I had been better and she could clearly tell I was upset. She asked me if I needed to talk about it and seemed genuinely interested in what was wrong. I told her that I appreciated it but that I would be okay and thanked her. After she walked away and I pulled up in line I saw her coming up to my car again, she was personally delivering my drink to me and saying again that she hoped my day got better. Not a lot of places have employees who care this much. I didn't catch her name but I wish I would have because I thought she should be recognized somehow. A+ customer service. Highly recommend this location and all others!!! :)

Just love this place and everyone that works here! My guys Max and Isiah are always quick to say hi with smiles so big you can see em from behind their masks! The ladies working here are all so kind and love chatting with my better half about whatever cute outfit she has on, and the mornings we roll thru in our pajamas they're always quick to tell us we look good anyway!

This place always has a line but they are very efficient. My latte tasted great. The team the works there is always great!

1st time at this location and it was IMO unexpectedly fast! There was a crazy long line (8 cars...I counted lol) yet I was in and out of the walk-up line in less than 2 minutes.

Ordered a large blended rebel tropic made half sweet.
