Customer service here is subpar. Not a fan of the way they ask for tips. Most locations do ask if you want to leave a tip but it's done SO much more tactfully than this location. 99% of the time when I go here, the staff doesn't interact with me, they only ask my order and if I want to leave a tip. They also fill your drink half way if you ask for no ice. I ordered a medium but got enough coffee to fit into a small cup....Not cool at all. One time I was asked if I want them to fill the cup with coffee that had no ice and was charged a fee. Wasn't advised of the fee, had to review my receipt.
This shop is in a dangerous location since there is no space in the parking lot for the drive thru, and their coffee line blocks/slows traffic daily.
Overall not friendly, no walk up window, insane (not good) wait time. I go to DB for the coffee and experience/customer service but this location seems to always fall short.

I love this place! My two favorites are Paris hot tea & Strawberry smoothies (pictured) mmmmmm! & don't forget your stamp card!

My friend and I are from out of state and have never been to a Dutch Bros, but we have local friends who rave about this place. Burto, the guy who took our orders, was super helpful and very sweet in suggesting what drinks we would like best. Awesome customer service and awesome drinks. Can't wait to come back while we're on this side of the US!

My go to coffee spot, love the enthusiasm and friendly atmosphere. Really gets your day pumping right. A few times when it was busy they got my drinks wrong, they offered to get them done right which is great but sometimes you just have to go. But hey as long as I get my caffeine fix we're totally good. We'll keep on coming.

In the past I have always enjoyed going to Dutch Bros. The coffee is always good. What is not good is being discriminated against for being poor! I took a bus and walked part way so that I could get some Dutch Bros coffee. When I got to the store there was a sign saying that they are no longer taking walk up orders. I said to an employee but what if you don't own a car? I also said that I took a bus and walked part way there to be able to get coffee from them. They apologized to me and that was that. I don't see what the big difference is between handing someone a drink out the window while they're sitting in a car vs. handing a drink out to a person standing at the window. Maybe the thought is that if you can pay to afford good coffee then you can probably afford to have a car. I don't know what the thought is for Dutch Bros discriminating against poor people , but what I do know is that they can keep their coffee and I will just keep going to Starbucks. Even though Starbucks is overpriced at least they don't discriminate against people that are of lesser means.

Stop verbally asking people in drive thru lines if they wanna tip on CC transactions.

I am a Starbucks fan, but my daughter-in-law loves this place, so I thought I'd give it a try. If you want to wait an hour for a cup of coffee, then I guess this is your place. The product and service are good. Personally, I think they charge way too much for a very small bakery product. But their coffee products are good. I don't think I would return just because of the long wait.

My favorite coffee. If you like a strong, rich tasting coffee, at a reasonable price, Dutch Bros has it! They have a pretty nice selection of products. Including teas and hot chocolate. The service is fantastic. The people that work there are extremely outgoing & friendly. Its fun to see people enjoying their work. If you're waiting in a long line while in your car, they will have someone out in the parking lot taking your order. I've never encountered an employee being in a bad mood. They're consistently nice and will strike up conversation while waiting for your order. I've never felt rushed either despite them being busy which is most of the time. Add the upbeat music that's playing and it feels like a party! That's how I feel every time I get coffee at a Dutch Bros

First time ever getting Dutch Bros and the guy who took our order was very patient and helpful. On top of covering our drinks, the drink was amazing and all of the staff were super friendly. I will definitely be coming back at the next chance I have!

Even when the line is wrapped around the building, they work hard to move everyone through quickly. So if you show up and the line is insanely long, don't fret- hop in line and you'll have your drinks sooner than you think! The staff also prides themselves on getting to know the regulars, and knowing your orders if you are there often. Very cool staff.
