Dutch Bros Coffee

Absolutely love dutch bros!! I go there every week to get the dragon rebel slayer, and its amazing!!! That place is very addicting and the workers always play amazing music and take a little time to have a chat with the customers while waiting on your drink.

The moment the staff found out it was my sister-in-law's birthday, they treated her like royalty. It was so much fun! They were excited to be a part of the celebration. Thank you for the laughs! 💕🎉

They put the sign out saying to pick the shortest line, but they pile all the cars into one lane anyway. The drive thru is constantly so backed up because they don’t use the other lane most of the time. I would rather go out of my way to go to another Dutch than wait in line at this one.

Lines are super long with a weird enterance, and sometimes when you reach the window they have no idea what you ordered (which can be expected when swamped with cars). However, their rebels are really good along with their hot chocolates! Hazel nut loafs are also great. Due to covid, I don't think they do stamp cards anymore which is a shame. It would be cool if they had some reward system through an app.

Anyplace that waits on your vehicle in a huge line to move quickly is making a great customer experience. Will Starbucks do that? The employees are awesome. I was asked "why I was visiting so early?". I said "I'm coming from the gym." She said "I'm proud of you for your dedication so early." They make it fun to visit, that's why I keep coming back.

The best service I have ever received. I came in with high expectations and they exceeded them. The baristas are the nicest people you will ever encounter. Extremely helpful. It made my day.

Be prepared to wait in line for at least 5-10 mins depending on the time of day. It's always busy but my busiest wait times occurred between 7-8am. Great coffee but long line. It would also be nice if one could order prior to getting there(app)

Got into a car accident in front of Dutch Bros. The staff was super helpful. They ran out immediately and helped push the other car out of a busy street. It was super hot and they got us water and made sure we were safe. Good folks up in this joint :)

My friends & I spent our day in Sedona then stopped for coffee here & had the best experience. Everyone was so kind & friendly. Even though it was only for 5 minutes, it made our day.

Wow, I love this place. Staff is always SUPER friendly and make great recommendations! My first time there, (I'll never forget this) an employee realized it was my first time when I asked what the stamp card was for and he stamped my card so that my next drink would be free! He also waited for me to taste the French Vanilla Chai to see if I liked it and was satisfied with my purchase! Best French Vanilla Chai I've ever tried. Lines get ridiculous but you know it is because they serve tasty stuff!
