This place was amazing and super affordable. I got some adorable bear pancakes after looking at other reviews. The service was great too!

Small town joint where the locals eat. Service was quick and the food came out fast. Food itself was good and the price was very reasonable. Definitely less than most breakfast spots near Tempe/Phoenix. The carnitas omelet was sizable but the carnitas themselves didn't seem to be seasoned. The Hashbrowns were half crispy/half mushy but after eating the crispy part I was full anyway. I'd recommend ordering them crispy to avoid this. All in all its a decent spot in a town with limited options. I don't come up to Payson for the food, I come here to be in the mountain woods alone by a fire.

Made a stop here on way home. Very quaint, servers are very friendly and accommodating. It wasn't busy but it was also on a weekday. Food was really good.

Delicious breakfast cafe in payson! Tried the carnitas omelette with biscuits and gravy and the pumpkin pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. Needless to say, our plates were licked clean!!

After spending several days outside of Payson, we wanted a good breakfast before heading home. I am glad we stopped in because breakfast was so good! It was a total of 12 of us and everyone ate everything up. The food was hot when it came to the table and the kids loved their pancakes. The cafe has a shelf with toys to help keep kids entertained and I loved the uniqueness of this place. Cups and plates were just like the ones you find at home and the decor was very homey. Service was great and I highly recommemed stopping by this place if ever passing through Payson!

Great breakfast, Staff is awesome for example and elderly couple came in, one the waitress ran to the door and help the elderly woman walk to her seat. Whenever in Payson, this is definitely our breakfast stop.

We go here and have gone here for breakfast years as we drive through Payson. Eclectic interior, they support locals and open carry, and are very friendly. Large servings. Lately they've been very short staffed, only reason not all 5 Stars, but we will always go there.

Good, just not special. No way the biscuits and gravy are homemade and the corned beef and hash are straight out of a can. The pancake was good and the staff stayed friendly despite being extremely busy. However, if you are passing through back to Phoenix or Scottsdale wait till you get home. Good for Payson is just not compelling.
