Common Grounds Coffee House

This place is amazing! The decor feels warm and inviting. The coffee and pastries are exceptional! Reminds us of our favorite coffee place back home. If you are in Payson, you should come here.

Made the drive from Strawberry on my birthday and am so glad I did! I tend to ask for a recommendation, and this time it paid off: blueberry crisp latte. I was pleasantly surprised at what a treat this was! I would highly suggest getting out of your comfort zone and giving this drink a shot! The lady who helped me was so kind and pleasant. I will definitely be back.

Love the coffee and staff but your women's rest room is not handicap accessible (I only need a bar on wall for me to be able to get up as I have a musvle disability) so I can not come anymore. If bar installed I will be thrre again for sure!

Cute atmosphere. Service was slow but the friendly staff made the visit pleasant. The coffee is freshly roasted making the coffee very flavorful. I would suggest using homemade frappe mix to avoid the chalky aftertaste that powder mixes give to a frozen drink.

Came in here for the first time and ordered the strawberry chai for my fiancé and the local bee for myself and was obsessed with both of them. My fiancé isn’t usually a coffee guy but couldn’t get enough of his drink. Friendly staff and very quick and efficient.

My order was swift 2 drinks with 2 sandwiches unfortunately for me my sandwiches were cold (everything except the bread was cold) After me and my friend took a bite out of our sandwich I returned them and let them know it was cold the 2nd barista immediately took to heat up the same sandwiches personally I don't want it microwaved twice I turned around and left because of the barista making it seem like I'm dumb for not wanting the sandwich warmed up questioning me but making it loud and apparent to everyone around the shop in a (girly Beverly hills smock) fashion I felt out of place for even asking
i was only going to ask for my money back while using common reasoning for later example if I do return just I'd just stay away from ordering the sandwiches.
I did not want to deal with making a point just to be looked at as a fool for asking for a few dollars back so I left.

Wonderful experience. Definitely will visit again. I wish my oat milk coffee had a little more syrup but the taste was still great. Worth a try when in Payson.

The Lotus drinks have officially replaced my coffee addiction. They can be made so many different ways and taste sooo good. The staff is friendly and helpful when you want to try something new or dont know what you want. the environment is what youd see in a coffee shop in a movie. The smell the look. Its wonderful. Such a wonderful experience.

Passing by from out of town and noticed this Cute hole-in-the-wall cafe. Coffee was good if you like it on the sweeter side.

Local honey bee latte for me and a mocha for my boyfriend. We always try to do local coffee shops when we travel and this one didn’t disappoint! Customer service was great and the drinks were delicious. We’ll be back when visiting Payson and surrounding areas.
