The Nile Coffee Shop

I have tried numerous teas at this coffee house and they have always been delicious. My husband has had numerous coffee treats and loves it. I have never been to the music venue at night. Seems like a great location for young adults to hang out.

I am in LOVE with this place. My family and I eat here about twice a week. Just tried the breakfast chicken Sammie today for the first time and almost cried. It was amazing. I also love the Southwest bagel (that soyrizo!) and pretty much any sandwich they have. Their chocolate chip cookies are ammmmmazing also. My kids love the mac and cheese.

The coffee was awesome but they went vegan. Personally I need real milk or cream in my coffee. I drink almond milk but not in my coffee. Not a fan of oat milk at all. The food looks amazing but I don't eat carbs or sugar. I hear it is amazing food though. The yoga is AWESOME!!! Every Saturday at 8 am. Love the yoga.

Such a great little place to go pick up a sandwich and a coffee. The staff were very hospitable and kind, and the food was amazing. This is my first time going to a vegan resturant and I gotta say, this place set the bar pretty high. 10/10 would go again.

My grand daughter and I went there. She is dairy free, gluten free and egg free. It was so nice to find a place she could have a coffee and not worry they made a mistake and put in dairy. Very friendly staff.

Michelle the owner is 100% dedicated to community. She brought this old theater back from the brink over a decade ago and the coffee shop is one of the must visit gems of downtown. I love the avocado toast and the Italian sodas. I'm not vegan, but the vegans I do know swear by this place. The large brick wall inside the shop is the original Lehi brick, some of the oldest masonry in the East Valley from the early 20th century.

The food here is just okay. Meaning that the dishes seem adequate but uninspired. The faux chicken from my tofu scramble was utterly bland. I think a tofu scramble should have some sauteed veggies in it, rather than being placed on top of cold spinach and topped with cold tomatoes. All in all, kinda meh.

I loooove this place, the food the drinks the coffee everything.
I rarely eat vegan food but this place is a frequent stop of mine, don't knock it till you try it am I right?
Plenty of options on the menu, a ton of drink options from Italian soda to great coffee and even some alcohol drinks.
Decor is my favorite, unlike a lot of similar menu places that are bright and have a ton of white walls this place has some more darker tones, a ton of seating options and some space to just take out the laptop and do some work.

My only complaint is a simple but important one.
Consistent food preparation, I'll use my favorite sandwich as a example the squawker Texas Ranger. Vegan buffalo chicken, mixed greens and ranch.
Sometimes it's perfect, the balance of Buffalo sauce to chicken, the ranch on the side.
Then other times when I order the exact same sandwich barely any ranch, not much buffalo sauce, the "chicken" is in a bunch of large pieces that make it hard to eat.

I've had a few other menu items with similar results.
Great food but it's just inconsistent prep, I still enjoy it here and won't stop coming in I just don't want to be that "guy" that has to ask for extra sauce because it's lacking this time but not the next time.

Love this vegan gem of a coffee shop. Hella good coffee and food served here. Even during the pandemic, which is just amazing ❤️

You can't go wrong with this place! Don't let the name fool you, it's so much more than just a coffee shop. Get amazing coffee ~and~ delicious plant based food!
